After reading the other reviews I was looking forward to eating here. As I was watching the staff throw dough up in the air I looked forward to eating a great pizza. Unfortunately I was disappointed. The pizza tasted like cardboard.
1st time ever visiting this place and I don’t know what took me so long to try it. As a former Chicagoan, I’m very particular about pizza. Making a thin crust pizza at 9100 feet above sea level is a monumental task and they pulled it off. I ordered the Mega Slice (1/4 large pizza cut in half) with Italian Sausage and Pepperoni and it was fantastic.
