We are from Athens, Georgia and were visiting Winter Park, CO for a family adventure the week after Christmas’25. There were 8 of us and we visited Smokehouse BBQ for dinner. We had varied orders and could not believe how fantastic the bbq and sides were!! Truly it could rival any bbq we get at home in Georgia which is a tall order:) My husband and I shared the Smokehouse Platter ,WOW ,is all I can say! Let me mention the beer selection is generous too! Gooooo, highly recommended!!! One more thing, the owner was lovely and obvious loves what he does!

Absolutely delicious BBQ - some of the best ribs I’ve ever had. All the meats and sauces are gluten free as are the beans.
One area for improvement would be for the cornbread to be gluten free, or for the staff to be more careful in making sure gluten free orders aren’t given cornbread. On a recent visit I had to ask the staff to remake my plate as it came with cornbread and due to the gluten cross contamination I couldn’t safely take it off and eat the meat. They were understanding and willing to accommodate but it tarnished an otherwise impeccable experience a bit (and I felt bad for being a hassle during a rush)!

Some of the best BBQ brisket sandwiche, collard greens, and sweet potatoes I have ever had. The horseradish sauce with the Bama BBQ sauce (have to ask for it) was perfect. The collard greens where seasoned perfect with plenty of tender meat in it. Wife let me have some of her BBQ beans that were spicy and awesome. Wish this place was were we live!

Its just the best bbq place i've been in Colorado. Vibe is awesome. Food is magic. Employees are super friendly and welcoming. Must visit here in your time around Grand County.
Make sure you have something to drink the pulled pork sandwich had maybe 4 OZ of meat and was very bland and dry.
I couldn’t figure out what was worse trying to swallow the dry food with no flavor or adding the sauces that had terrible flavor.
I’m from the south this place is a bad representation of BBQ
