Poor service. They truly don’t want to be here. And on top of it all they don’t honor free refills. As a valued and loyal customer for 11 years, it’s ridiculous that they wouldn’t honor a free refill of tea.
Was charged .50 cents for a water, never heard of this. Was cussed out by a manager when I ask how many shots come in a drink. I would avoid this place as much as possible.
Possibly the highest Starbucks in Colorado or rest of US at about 10000 feet high. Magical views from here on a White Christmas eve since it's inside a Ski town.. gets super crowded but that has a certain vibe on Christmas Eve... anyday better than NYC on Christmas Eve which is just claustrophobic without a view
Cold food. Coffee bad. Coffee fixin’s behind counter but sugar not behind counter. Starbucks sucks and I’m tired of it. Oh and bagel was mushed for frig sakes.

This Starbucks is lame. Double the price of every other Starbucks and they don’t take Starbucks coupons because they are part of the resort. Lame.

This Starbucks located at the Winter Park base is always very busy. The employees are able to keep up despite there only being 2-3 working at a time, and they are friendly. It would be helpful if they had more food items available throughout the day as they run out quickly. The drinks are made correctly and the wait time isn’t as bad as I expected. There’s not a ton of seating so it does get crowded.

They do not take rewards and are as expected a tad higher price than a regular starbucks. This was quite a treat after a wrong turn down the mountain. This is right across from our rental location so also a great way to start our day ( day 2).

My husband and I visited this Starbucks on a Saturday before skiing. We relied on Google's information, which showed that the shop opened at 7:00 am. However, to our surprise, it opened at 7:30 am, making us wait for half an hour in the cold. The coffee shop is near two condo buildings, so I expected it to open earlier. Unfortunately, they ran out of most breakfast items, which was frustrating. Nevertheless, their lattes were good.On Sunday, we revisited Starbucks but were disappointed to learn they had run out of milk. Consequently, we could only choose soy, almond, etc., which was unacceptable. We left and went to the resort Coffee & Tea shop instead. The next day, on Monday, I stopped by again before we headed to the airport. I was informed they had gotten some milk from a local grocery store. However, they were close to running out again, and no food items were in stock that day.

Freaking surreal. The barista does not know what cacao is. I am speechless.

I was just here and I ordered a chocolate shaken espresso. When I received it, there was still a ton of chocolate powder at the bottom and obviously not shaken. I brought my drink back to the counter and kindly asked for them to shake it. She replied with “we have sticks” and then poured my drink into another cup and “shook” it. There was still the pile of chocolate in when she rudely threw it on the counter. Very offended by the service here by the lady making drinks.
