The family who owns and runs this location are great. The staff are attentive and the owner works to make sure you're having a good time.

Food was fresh, and bread was soft like it was fresh baked and not days old.

This establishment deserves zero stars. Walked in and was instantly greeted with an angry employee who stated “sorry I’m not good enough” since we placed an online order rather than ordering in store. He proceeded to aggressively slam our sandwiches down on the counter after failing to get the order right. He made several passive aggressive comments such as “they can push a button on a computer” to talk down to us about using the subway app. I wound not recommend to anyone! Do yourself a favor and don’t go here!

I am so disappointed in this subway. Worker Rowan McNeil made my sandwich horribly. I ordered a foot long and he gave me a 6 inch and made an offensive joke about my skin color. He then picked his nose with gloves on and than proceeded to reach in his pants and grab a handful of turkey and gave it to me I am extremely mad please fire this employee immediately

Ordered online. Got charged but no confirmation. Show up and there's nothing in the system. Gave live bank app proof of when and what location was ordered. Left with no lunch and out $12 for absolutely nothing. Manager/owner is nice enough but couldn't remedy any part of the fact I just wasted my time and money for literally nothing.

This franchise has some gall calling itself a Subway. The kids behind the counter are far from 'sandwich artists'. When we arrived they were both eating (not a problem to me) but the young boy came from the back pulling food debris from his mouth with his fingers and his face covered in mayonnaise. Thankfully he put on gloves which is more than can be said for the owner who walked to the bread to manhandle it without gloves on. We were hurried for our order (I am always overwhelmed by big menus so was asked three times if I was ready..!). The amount of meat and salad items put on the sandwiches was feeble, and I am certain not Subway standard. Then, the real stinger $28 for two badly made sandwiches. We won't return.

I recently visited this Subway located in Winter Park, and unfortunately, my experience was marred by the frail and angry demeanor of the manager on duty. The manager's evident frustration and impatience were palpable, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere.Throughout my visit, the manager seemed easily agitated, responding curtly to customer inquiries and displaying a lack of professionalism. It was apparent that the individual was struggling with the demands of the role, leaving me and others in the store feeling uncomfortable.Despite the quality of Subway's offerings, the overall dining experience was overshadowed by the manager's demeanor. I hope that the management addresses this issue promptly to ensure a more pleasant environment for customers in the future.

The owner was very kind. When we walked in he was nearly closed and all food was put away. We didn’t want to put him out so we said we’d go somewhere else. He insisted that it was no big deal. So we let him do his thing and he was nothing but kind to us. This was the cleanest subway I’ve ever been in. This was the best service I’ve ever received in subway as well. I would highly recommend.

The best experience I have ever had at a Subway! We walked in as they were closing, but there was no hesitation to make our order. The entire our sandwiches were being made we were kept on our toes with laughter. The atmosphere was amazing, the staff was amazing, they have a mascot “Annie” that is amazing. Once we got back to the condo and opened our food it was the best sandwich I have ever eaten. Love love love! We will definitely be back before we leave and make a point to eat here every time we visit!
