Never been here but I wish it was a chipotle and apparently they’re mean if u order online….. :/
The owner is really rude :( the dog is cool but not very clean in there… such a bummer because I loved subway until now.. also don’t berate customers for using the app.

If you are planning on using the online app or any promotional codes, you will be met with hostility, verbal abuse, and your order will be skimped at this location. I ordered a BMT and my sandwich was missing the extra onions I requested, I received a single strand...which is kind of a comical. I was also missing half the portion of everything. No salami, no mayo, no black pepper. The owner accused my group of being not wanting human contact and how online orders are costing him money. Also stated that if you asked more of anything, you will get nothing.
I am not sure how this place is rated above 3 stars. Avoid this location.

My family and I received the worst customer service by the owner of the place. My daughters tried to use their coupon and the owner said, we don’t accept coupons here because I need to support my family”??? What?? We were so confused 😕 we just stayed quiet but one customer stood up for us. The customer was really nice and polite, however the owner didn’t like that and told him if you don’t like it go ahead and leave. I feel sad for the owner I don’t really know what he was going through but he shouldn’t treat customers in a rude way.

When I first walk in there is no employees in sight, so I wait for 10! Minutes to some kid high off his mind and when I ordered the kid went to the back and never came back so I took the sandwich for free people never eat here the garbage I threw up after 20 minutes of eating the food!!
The customer service here deserves 6 stars!

Terrible experience. I came in to pick up an app order using a BOGO deal and was immediately met with rudeness from the franchise owner himself. He complained that he was losing money from app orders, made inappropriate comments about wages, and even questioned where I was from—completely unprofessional.
To make it worse, he skimped on both my footlongs, using half the ingredients I saw him use for other customers. The sandwiches were dry, flat, and poorly made. Between the owner’s attitude and the poor quality, I won’t be returning.

As others have stated, the owner is very rude, making passive aggressive comments about our orders and harassing us about parking. He then proceeded to skimp on all the ingredients and make the worst Subway sandwich I’ve ever had. Customers beware.

The family who owns and runs this location are great. The staff are attentive and the owner works to make sure you're having a good time.
Food was fresh, and bread was soft like it was fresh baked and not days old.

This establishment deserves zero stars. Walked in and was instantly greeted with an angry employee who stated “sorry I’m not good enough” since we placed an online order rather than ordering in store. He proceeded to aggressively slam our sandwiches down on the counter after failing to get the order right. He made several passive aggressive comments such as “they can push a button on a computer” to talk down to us about using the subway app. I wound not recommend to anyone! Do yourself a favor and don’t go here!
