I just have to comment.... I'm a DoorDasher and I get so happy when I get an Arby's order! It's always a pleasure walking into this place and everyone in here has a genuinely beautiful personality! They even gave my dog a treat last time!The manager has to be an amazing person to run a staff like this! Please go here! It will make your day!
Unbeknownst to me, they had closed their drive-thru and I was waiting in line, among other people in their vehicles. Two of the staff who worked this late showed exemplary hospitality by offering me alternatives for patiently waiting.

Drive thru, I'm sure atmosphere was good. There was a woman with a German accent who made my wife and I very welcome, so nice.
Stopped in here for lunch, looked fully staffed and dining room was empty. Stood at the counter for around 10 minutes before someone said they’d be right with me. Then they said again and then again. Every time the drive through buzzer sounded they would walk back over to the window and help whoever was in the drive through. Guess I should went through the drive through and then went inside and ate??? This policy of helping the people who use food service apps and the drive through before those who want to eat inside is getting annoying

I am always very happy with this Arby’s restaurant. Tonight, however, they were very disappointing. I tried to order in the drive-through line at 10:10, but the employee claimed they were closed. He had just taken two orders ahead of me, and they were sitting there waiting to pay and get their food. He argued when I disputed the fact, and claimed his manager said they were closed and I must be thinking of a Colorado Springs location. I spent my money elsewhere tonight and will in the future.
