Food was good, good beer selection, but staff was incredibly rude. Made it very obvious he did not want us there, shooting us dirty looks whenever possible trying to get us to leave. Overall made it a very unwelcoming and uncomfortable experience.

For context, we weren't jerks coming in right before the place was about to close, then I'd understand the attitude. We came in a few hours before closing.

German "tasting" locally (Denver) brewed biers. German Bier Steins, Mugs, Relics and Souvenirs from Deutschland inside. Not Such Great deals (anymore) for "Mug Club" members. Worth a sampling of their biers (majority not brewed on the premises). Oktoberfest liter (moss) mugs available.***Update***The wait staff (Jenny, "Manager", Emily, Mackenzie & Oliver) who make Bierwerks a local favorite "watering hole". The above mentioned servers are friendly, personable and have "awesome people skills" by taking care of regulars and visiting customers...The owner and private partners, "cannot convey the same compliments"... Descent atmosphere (could use a interior update/upgrade) and service from the majority of the Bierwerks staff named mentioned above. Newly installed roof top deck with great views of Pikes Peak. Mostly Puppy 🐕friendly...😉 Recent Infringement of First Amendment Constitutional Rights (censored) ...("Rules for thee, but not for me"...not from the above mentioned servers.)

It's a great local joint with great vibes and awesome beer. The idea and concept of this beer joint is extremely innovative yet simple. Very friendly and comfortable. Restrooms are also clean, and this establishment has a rooftop patio and a front patio that faces hey 24. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

Good selection of beers and an old school German bier pub feel.

Love this place. New resident to Woodland Park and this is our go to hang out. If you are looking for gourmet food keep looking. If you want a casual spot to just relax, have a beer or two or three (I don’t judge), this is your spot. Service is friendly. Friendly, not always fast, but fast is not why you come here. Come and hang out an hour or two with friends or meet new friend while hanging out. The Brat is good the hummus plate hits the munchies urge and the pretzel is perfect. If you want more
they do have a great food truck on the premises during the summer season. Or get the hotdog and chips for only 4 bucks. And don’t forget to sit on the roof and admire Pikes Peak. Always amazing. In summary, great food, great atmosphere (inside and outside seating), friendly service and great beer! Oh and very dog friendly.

Jenny (the manager) and the entire team offer exceptional hospitality in a beautiful mountain setting. My favorite beer and refuel stop for long bike rides from Colo. Springs.

Great to sit outside for a beer on a warm, sunny day. Very loud with fast, close, engine revving traffic.
A glass wall or solid fence could remedy. Good beer. Grumpy servers, must be ownership issue. They sell brats and chips cooked in a roaster oven. Food truck usually there, very slow, but good food. Servers always different, so must be high turnover.

I think we just had our last visit to Bierwerks which sucks since it was one of our faves. But now lukewarm beers for a beer garden just don't cut it. Apparently they store food in the same cooler and it freezes if they set it lower. It was never any issue in the past so. I doubt that is accurate
