Just a fantastic little restaurant. The owner was as sweet as pie. she told us her story about how she came to Colorado to open this place. Very good food and service. I strongly recommend this place to everyone.

This is a cute little spot that is only open for breakfast and lunch hours. I believe they may be open later one or two days a week but I've never been there for dinner. My family and I love coming here because of the home cooking, friendly atmosphere and it is like a throwback. Not a chain or anything fancy. Just good food and good people.

I have been going to this place for breakfast for 2 years. The new owner and cook is disgusting. Joe, why do you own this place? You are obviously miserable. This morning everyone in the place could hear him berating his staff. His issue? A "custom order" - he could be heard saying "I am not doing it today. They don't tip, I'm not doing it!" The "custom order" was sausage instead of bacon. How petty can you be?

I have been a customer for nearly 25 years. Has always been great till today, the cook was very rude to waitress about someone "special order", hope it wasn't about me subbing bacon instead of sausage in my breakfast burrito, that be petty.

My family and I stopped in here on our way to Cripple Creek. We had never been there before. The first impression was lousy. We were a group of 8, didn’t ask to be seated together or anything but the staff was put off. One employee huffed after counting our group and said “yeah, one of them needs to turn around.” The waitress was okay, but you could tell she didn’t want to serve our group. The food was fine, but not really much to write home about. Our group was calm, friendly, and honestly easy to please- but for whatever reason it seemed to be too much for the staff. None of us would go back or recommend this business.

The best breakfast around…!Melanie was our waitress and she’s top notch. Super friendly!! We’ll be back for lunch during our vacation here. We’re visiting from NC! So we were looking for that good southern cooking and hospitality and we found it here!!
