I love that they always get my order right, and the staff is always so friendly. No complaints about food quality, service, etc. I love the convenience of placing an order online and going through the drive-thru for it. (I wish the app actually worked, but that is a corporate issue, not a local one... )
But this parking lot... it's one of the worst in Woodland Park and that is really saying something (At least since the City Market one has been partially fixed) Please fix the giant potholes in your drive-thru and parking lot.

I ordered delivery for the first time. I was not disappointed. Super fast delivery, the girl that brought my order was smiling and friendly. Kudos to her! Sandwiches were good as usual. Over all experience was very good

We've always loved Jimmy John's and especially appreciate the $10 special deal they're running now. It's much more affordable these days and offers a full meal rather than just the sandwich. Keep it up, Jimmy John's!

I asked for extra Oil & Vinegar and was told it comes on your sandwich. (I know, that’s why I asked for “extra”). I ordered a Vito and didn’t get half the veggies and they still wouldn’t spare some extra O&V. Then when my sandwich was done I asked for some O&V. I was given a small container and there was hardly a splash. I won’t be coming back here.

I ordered the 8” caprese Italian sandwich with chips and a drink. $18. The sandwich was good but only had one measley layer of everything and was very thin. The picture shows 2 layers. Great service, tiny sandwich for the price.
