Best customer service, above all. Workers are so friendly. They have great energy. The restaurant is clean, happy, and welcoming. Always pleasant. I eat here at least three times a week. The food is great and always fresh.

I submitted a complaint with a photo to this Jimmy John’s awhile back about my sandwich having almost zero meat several weeks ago. No response from management. Decided to try them again and my sandwich was dripping wet, soggy bread, waited about 30 minutes in the drive thru. I am not coming back. Joanie’s is maybe $3-4 more than jimmy John’s and they actually care!

Based on my experience with other Jimmy John's, this one is Freaky Fresh, but not Freaky Fast. The place doesn't look bad, but the first thing you see as you enter is a massive leak from the roof. The food was good, the people were nice.
We eat here in Woodland Park about once a week. Staff is very friendly and polite. The service is fast. Food is fresh and well made. HOWEVER, the parking lot is really bad with serious potholes. Any chance you could repair it and get a better speaker for ordering outside?

We've frequented this location for a while now, and it's been consistently good *until* recently... the last 2 times we've gone they've absolutely DROWNED the sandwiches with oil and vinegar. We do order oil and vinegar to be added, but until these recent visits, they've applied it normally. The last 2 visits, they've been soaked. The bread is soggy, the wrapper is soaked and dripping (makes eating it without making a huge mess nearly impossible). I'm not giving up on them, but I'll definitely mention it before placing my order next time.
