Food is awesome. Staff is very friendly. I had Caesar Salad wrap, was delicious! Desserts and pastry's were fresh and I had the chocolate cake which was yummy. Will go back soon.

We had breakfast at Joanie’s yesterday. I ordered the lox and bagel with egg, which was on the menu, and the employee was going to up charge me another $3, even though the egg was included on the menu. I showed her the menu and she said they just changed the prices last night and that now they were charging an extra $3. I’m not sure how they can do that without updating the prices on the menu. I wouldn’t have even minded that but she was very rude, saying they’re super busy and they’re trying to deal with a lot of stuff(restaurant was half full), like we were bothering her by being there, and I’m not sure what that has to do with the prices. I was trying to be nice but it seems employees are stressed there and not reasonable with the customers. Food was good, basically a warmed bagel with all the trimmings deconstructed on a plate. Would not recommend because of how they treat customers and random price changes without updating the menu.

Delicious food, great customer service, and perfect atmosphere! We went here for Mother’s Day and it was the perfect way to spend the morning. Everyone at the bakery was so welcoming and kind. The food looked exactly as shown and tasted phenomenal. Highly recommend!

I used to love Joanie’s. However a recent visit lost me as a customer. 1 A dog sitting on the patio barked at us and ate off the customer’s plate while sitting in her lap - yuck! 2 A phone order was way more important than our order 3 Tables were dirty with dirty dishes still on them. 4 Not organized when folks came in - no specific line - just a total cluster! And 5 This place is so crowded that it is not easily accessible for folks with walkers or wheelchairs. The sandwiches we got were good but took forever to come out.

We were not greeted when we first walked in. The place is small and gets noisy fast. The salmon avocado toast and Philly cheesesteak were fabulous. The lemon bars and raspberry cheesecake bars were disappointing though.

Joanie's is my go-to for delicious sandwiches, sides, coffee, and sweet treats on my way out for hikes, kayaking, or just picnics with a view. They never fail to make me feel welcome and their food always hits the spot!

I like the new ownership. They are friendly and interact with the customers. They also help out to keep everything move along quickly. I mention this because it seemed to be something the previous owners didn't get. The coffee and teas are great. Desserts amazing. Food is delicious.

We stopped in for lunch and had an excellent French dip full of delicious thin-sliced beef, and really very good pork green chili, full of flavor. Prices are a bit high, but it really is good food.
