After the order from the drive thru was wrong my wife waited in the space we were told to wait for food in while I went in to have order corrected. I showed the GM that they had made the incorrect order and he laughed about it. While waiting over 20 minutes for the burger to be corrected my daughter had to come in to let me know the teenage employee had raised his voice at my wife scolding her and telling her to move even though it's the spot the drive through assigned us. When the GM was notified said teen employee then puffed his chest and lunged towards me as the GM again laughed and did nothing.

While waiting for my correct order the young boy that brings out your food thought it was the appropriate way to have a conversation was by yelling at me and my children. I was in the parking spot I was told to me in. So the child working here rolled his eye and continued to play with his hair. Please if your going to have children work here have them be clean. The rudeness wasn't appropriate but they can at least be clean and rude. When I finally had to go in to get correct food the manager laughed about order being wrong and employee being rude with me

They were kinda slow but going through quite the lunch rush so they were busy. With all the business the order was correct and food was fresh.

sorry but it’s Friday night and the hours are til 11 and the dine in is closed??? seems silly considering it’s the summer at 9pm… or at least update your hours.

Is there a condiment shortage? For awhile now, every burger comes with barely the slightest bit of ketchup and no mustard on them. It's only this location and ALWAYS this location. I paid for 6 piece nuggets but got only 4 nuggets in all the 6 piece boxes. All people want is what they pay for. I don't understand why that's so impossible here.

I placed an online order for drive-thru pick up. Upon arrival, I was told they couldn’t process any orders and I had to come inside to order. I went inside to receive my order. The manager ended up writing down my order to tell the kitchen. I understand technical difficulties and it’s not the employees fault for the computer being down. What I have an issue with is receiving a sandwich WITHOUT the meat patty!!! Not sure how you missed the main component to a sandwich. The fries I received were also old and stale. Why is fast food in this town so bad?

The last time I was here, the front counter services really disappointing. They don't pay attention to customers wanting to order at the counter instead of the kiosk. One customer in front of me asked some people around and said ( are they even going to take my order here or do I need to go to the kiosk?) very disappointed at the customer service at this location. The food is always good though.

We stopped in for a quick bite before heading up to the mountains.
It's kind of a tradition before fishing or hiking.
It was busy this day.
Lots of people waiting for their food. People were upset.
We ordered our food and sat down.
The cashier was nice. We got our order 15 minutes later. After distributing food for our party of 5 (we were with another group of 5 too), we realized that some things were missing. A hash brown and two breakfast sandwiches.
I went to the counter and the nice young cashier told me that he was being yelled at by the guy in the back. I told him to talk to me. He got him for me. He was young and already upset. He started saying that the order was correct before I even said anything. He didn't overhear us as the place was filling up.
I said that he could come to the table and compare it to the receipt but he wasn't interested and was mumbling. I decided it wasn't worth it and ordered a replacement. That took 17 minutes.
That same kid brought out the order and smashed it down.
I took it to the table and it was messed up looking.
I decided not to eat the replacements as that kid was mad and likely tampered with it.
This was really unprofessionaland disrespectful behavior. It isn't good that they allow that behavior towards other workers and customers.
I will never return.
The people in both our groups thought the food was subpar and somehow cold, the coffee was bad.
Beware.

I’m not sure what is going on at this location but the last 2 times I’ve eaten here have ended in vomiting. I don’t know if they are not washing their hands or what but the first time I was in denial but the second I was positive it was this place that gave me food poisoning. As convenient as this location is I will never be back and probably never eating at any McDonalds again.
