The Woodland Park McDonald's is a shining example of what every McDonald's should strive to be. The restaurant is very clean, the floors, the tables, the counter were all noticeable clean. The employees are present, friendly and helpful above all else. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by an elderly lady with a wide smile who offered to help me immediately. The food was good as usual but the customer service was above and beyond. Thank you to the employees for being such a shining example of customer service.

I am absolutely horrified by the sight of this place.At McDonald's I was unpleasantly surprised with urine my daughter discovered at the end of the kids slide.She got a happy meal said that it was dry and didn't contain a toy.She was very upset with this and the disgusting bathrooms.And McDonald's pls stop lying to us about the ice cream machine never working.I bet you guys are just too lazy to fix because you can't hide any more we all know that the ice cream machine is probably working that you guys are just hogging all the ice cream this needs to change immediately.
I love this McDonald's so much! I stop there on my way to work almost every morning because of the fantastic customer service I receive from Sam. She should be the manager because she will take your order at the first window and then she will practically have it ready by the time u reach the second window lol. Shes that good! Stop by and see for yourself. You won't be disappointed.

Normally love this McDonalds but so disappointed after today. Orders a spicy McCrispy….barely had anything on it, and the “chicken” was absolutely dreadful. Flat, burnt and legit crispy I almost broke my teeth biting it cause it was hard as a rock. Fries were soggy. Spent over $11 for nothing on this meal. Couldn’t enjoy it. The service is always good, the workers are nice…but the last 2 visits have been full of disappointment for me. Really sad to have spent my money on a meal I have to trash. ?

This location has been pretty consistent. I wish they had original McChicken sandwiches, but they do have the spicy McChicken which are okay, just a little spicier than I like personally.The staff here have always been friendly.
