I ordered two family size pizzas. We arrived ten minutes before closing and they prepared our pizzas with a little attitude. Pizzas tasted good when they came out of the oven that night.

We pick up a pizza about twice a month! The online order is always ready on time, the order is correct, and the employees always greet us when we arrive to pickup! This is a busy location, and the place remains neat, tidy, clean, and the employees always have smiles!Update June 2The employee that made the pizza was very nice and helpful. The manager manning the cash register was extremely rude. This was the first time I had a negative experience at this location. We come about twice a month, so I did not want to knock the rating too low.Update July 2023:My faith has been restored in this location. I had a rough experience in June, but the attitudes and professionalism were amazing in my most recent experience....in addition- great tasting pizza AND tried the calzone.Update February 2024:Thought I would be kind to the staff at this location and pick up our Super Bowl food the day before- on Saturday. This also happened to be a weekend where snow decided to come heavy. It seems that many many people in the WP area also decided to do the same thing. The employee told me that when he walked in, there were already 20 pizzas waiting to be made for immediate opening pickup on Saturday. I felt so bad- however, this employee was so nice about it, and even laughed at the situation. Our pizzas and customizations were made exactly as ordered and everything was super yummy!

The pizza at this location is not what it used to be. It's terrible. Sparse toppings, hardly any cheese, and the crust... almost like stale cracker unless you get the pan style crust. I have picked up pizza on several occasions thinking maybe one day was just a bad day. Nope, consistently horrible. The cheese they use is terrible - dry without that gooey, mozzarella texture. Almost like that bagged pre-shredded cheese from the grocery store. Do yourself a favor and try a location in Colorado Springs or Canon City, or better yet - Pioneer Pizza in Cripple Creek!
