I ordered online got to sonic checked in and sat and waited for 20 min for 2 drinks and then i had to go up to the door and still didnt see anybody in the store so after knocking on the door for about 3 min a girl finally came to the door so i ask for my order wich had been sitting on the counter for atleast 10 min and she went to hand them to me and you could clearly see my cherry limeade had gotten watered down so i said something and she proceeded to tell me she just made them now remember i have been at the door for like 7 min at this time and all she could say was o well you have a blessed day! And after all that there is no real cherry or lime in my cup. Needless to say i will not be back to this sonic!

took way to long to get our 2 DRINKS out, should not take 10 minutes for 2 drinks when there is no one at the facility customer wise. and also looked inside the building and it was very unappealing and could definitely be cleaner. but drinks are always delish!!

There are very few ordering stalls now . Only 6. Went to the drive through and got my food. Drove around to restrooms which were locked. Asked an employee to unlock for me and he stated they are out of order. I asked what employees do and he said “ they hold it “. Obviously this is not true . I understand locking them but they should be available for paying customers . This is my regular stop driving to Cripple Creek and I will go to anther restaurant for my snack from now on. Last visit I sat at an ordering stall for 15 mins only to be told that I have to go to the drive through. I’m done with this place .

Hit the drive thru today, waited 15 min in line and the person working the window never asked us how we could be helped, we left and got drinks at McDonald's. The truck that was in front of us waiting for thier order was still waiting after we got our beverages. WHY IS THIS STORE STILL OPEN?? HOW HARD IS IT TO YOUR JOB?? By far the worst place in Woodland to get "fast food"!!!

Worst fast food in woodland park by far. Tots were cold and hard as rocks, ordered a regular burger and they gave me some new burger that is on the menu that I didn’t want. Charged me for my food, then told me the card didn’t go through (it did go through) then proceeded to charge me an additional 43 dollars. If I could give this place negative stars I would.

I'm only posting this review because of how hilarious this "burrito" I got from sonic is. It was so thin that I actually unwrapped it to see if there was even anything in it. There should be a minimum circumference size to be considered a burrito in my opinion 🤣
After giving my order six times and my drinks three times then they come and tell me I'm just notified that we're out of chili so we didn't even bother ...we left
Went today to try again... We were the only ones there besides the workers and still took over 10 mins to get it food 🥴🥴
