I do not recommend visiting this Sonic on Mondays if the gentleman with red hair is there. Unfortunately, he had a strong body odor that made it difficult for me to enjoy my meal. When I returned on Wednesday, he was working again. It’s concerning that management allows someone with such personal hygiene issues to work around food.

Food is as you'd expect. Service is terribly slow. 20 minutto get food. Only 3 cars ahead of me in line. And there appears to be no reason for such painfully slow service.
4 people on shift. They do not appear to be working efficiently together. Yikes!!!

I have lived in woodland park a little over three years and I've only been to this sonic a handful of times but seriously! The first time i litterally spent an hr in the drive through at 330 in the afternoon waiting on my food. Just to cost me 70 dollars and have it been wrong. 2 of the other times decent service and order was half correct. One time perfect and the last paid 9 dollars for to large drinks one of which was completely wrong. Then had the window slammed in my face by the guy running drive thru. I don't believe I'd recommend to anyone.

Absolutely the worst experience at a Sonic in my entire life! Ordered a cheeseburger, fries, and a blt for my wife. Wait for 10 minutes in line another 10 for them to take my payment and then 20 minutes for my food. My wife opens the Blt and it had only one burnt piece of bacon broken in two, and something is weird with my bun??? I don't know but I'm sure someone who works at a Sonic can explain why it's weirdly burnt on top. Look if you are going to take forever making the food the least you could do is make it right and worth the money I paid for it!

Ordered ahead in app. Checked in. Nothing until I walked up to an order booth. But I got tons of “free offers” in the mobile for non-Sonic stuff🙄

Every time I've gone by here I have to wait for 10 to 15 minutes to get my food. Today I was sitting waiting just to get ordered on and people pulled up around me and got orders and I didn't. Don't use this location. It's horrible... the people are rude, the food is mediocre, and horrible customer service. I have given them multiple chances and they can never get it together. Don't go to this location!

Man has Sonic always been like this?

Put in a mobile order waited like 12 minutes for it, but I can understand the happy hour rushes I guess, but I ordered a Fritos chili wrap with jalapeños and they didn’t put the jalapeños in it so I parked in a stall to press the button and try to get it fixed, but 15 minutes has past since I moved and pressed the button and nobody’s answering. I’m pretty sure a person walked up and they took their order before me as well.

If there’s a problem with staffing you better hire more people, because this is unacceptable. I never did get a response and I’m not staying past my lunch. I had this happen with another location, except they never gave me my second order.

Pulled into stall and pressed the “red” button to place my order. Sat patiently waiting for someone to take my order. 10 minutes go by and once again pressed the red order button. Waited another 10 minutes. No response and clearly they are open. Tried another stall and same thing, no one to take my order. I assume they aren’t interested in taking any orders and I will take my money elsewhere. How do they manage to not go out of business? Last time I will waste my time at this Sonic.
