Usually friendly staff. I do admit, they could be a little quicker. Especially since a DoorDasher's time is money. But it's pleasant coming here!

If I could give zero stars I would. I should have known better ordering from them. Woodland park sonic is the worst sonic I’ve ever had. Today I ordered chili cheese tots and a blast. I ordered a large tot. There was hardly any tots to call this a large and basically no cheese! It was all chili! I did DoorDash or I would have returned the item and asked for my money back!At least they made my blast correctly. Kinda hard to mess up ice cream with candy in it.

I get being understaffed or product delays or whatever. What I do not understand is why they let people just sit in the stalls after pressing the button. If it’s drive-thru only, put signs up so people know. Don’t let them just sit there until they get pissed.

I swore this place off many years ago, but decided to give it whirl the other day. Staff was friendly and quick and food was fresh and hot. Good enough that I went back today and once again good service and fresh hot food with without a wait. I'll be back

All I wanted was a bag of ice and I was told I had to wait 15 minutes because everybody was cooking. This is a fast food people and a bag of ice you don't have to cook you just have to fill a bag with ice. Why is it every time I give you the benefit of the doubt I go there and I get grief from the people who work there. They should have left the Burger King down the street. I'm so sick of this place why do I keep going back I have no idea oh it's cuz I like the ice. If there was another place that has crushed ice please let me know. And another thing how come you don't reply to my reviews but you tell everybody else you're sorry. Well I'm sorry too. That you even exist.

All we ordered was a hot dog, corn dog, and popcorn chicken. Most of the chicken items have been discontinued sadly. The corn dog came out almost burnt. The hot dog looked as though it have been left on the grill way to long and bun was soggy. It was just all together bad.

Well I was with my wife and kids the other night, this young lady named kadie answered and said our stalls were down, which was kind of irritating, but it is ok. We proceeded to go to the drive through and she informed us that there would be a 15-20 minute wait time when there was only me and one other car in the drive through, so I told her that we were only getting drinks/ice cream and she said sorry it will still be a 15-20 minute wait, and when she said that, she had a attitude, when I was nothing but respectfully, when we finally drove through and got to the drive through, she hit one of the people in there a few times and also fliped them off, and to make it worse, she was not reprimanded for it, which is super unprofessional, when we finally got our drinks around 25 minuets later, she didn't even ask how our day was or even ask if there is anything else she could get us, and once again she kinda threw them at me and got mad when I couldn't hand out 5 drinks in less that 20 seconds, she was just extremely rude and my kids don't want to go back because she was so mean, honestly all around, not a good experience.

The stalls were closed so they sent me thru the drive thru. One car in front of me and still took 20 minutes to get my two drink order. They should have asked the car to pull forward while they cook the food.

I can't rate the food as I didn't have 15 minutes to wait for an order in the drive-thru. At least I was told about the wait, but pretty lame on a Saturday afternoon.

Staff is rude, food not great, should probably retrain staff on how to treat customers and protocol for payment at the patio because it seemed very much like an inconvenience that we ordered there. Wouldn't recommend, go to the McDonald's next door.
