If I'm driving to Hartford and I want a coffee I always stop at this Dunkin'. The drive thru is quick and the employees always get my order right.

I stop at this location every weekday morning to get myself coffee and my daughter munchkins via mobile orders. I love the morning ladies. Occasionally they recognize me in the camera at the order screen and they let me know I can just pull up. I never go anywhere else. Always the correct order!

Bad costumers service and no respect when the childrens are around. Would like the owner to pay more attention to their employees.
Worst customer service just because I ask them for a favor in front of my 11 year old very rude employees would love to talk to the manager

I believe the woman I interacted with was the manager, (black hair slicked back with glasses on) and unfortunately, she was extremely rude. I had placed a mobile order for a sausage, egg, and cheese on a croissant. When I arrived, I was told they were out of croissants—not a big deal. I asked for a bagel with cream cheese instead and requested a refund for the price difference. She told me I had to do it through the app, even though in the past, I’ve received the refund directly in-store.
When I asked for help navigating the app because I couldn’t find the refund option, she walked away abruptly to make a phone call. When she returned, she handed me some change without a word and gave me serious attitude throughout the interaction. I remained polite and respectful the entire time.
People in leadership roles should be patient and have strong customer service skills—this experience was disappointing when there was no reason it should have been!

Coffee always taste horrible and the food you could tell they don’t care
GIVE TYLER A RAISE
I came through the drive thru later at night craving a bagel sandwich and hashbrowns after a long session of Just Dance. After ordering I pulled up to the window and this employee named Tyler informed me of the $6 meal deal that would actually lower my price by $1, which was very kind of him. After helping me out there, he then proceeded to make the BEST BAGEL SANDWICH I’VE EVER HAD. The bagel was perfectly crispy, there was just the right amount of bacon, and he accommodated me being dairy free by remembering not to put the cheese on. The hashbrowns? PERFECTION. At most Dunkins I’ve been to, the hashbrowns are typically warm and soggy. Tyler gave me hashbrowns with the perfect amount of crispiness and they were piping hot. Absolutely wonderful. I know it was Tyler making all this because he was the only one working the shift.
Disclaimer: I legitimately do not know this guy, and I’m not writing a review as a friend trying to get this guy more money. I just had a FANTASTIC experience and wanted to give this man a positive, glowing review. I hope Dunkin management will take my suggestion into consideration and give Tyler, whoever you are, a raise.

The girls there are always so nice. Sometimes I even get an extra munchkin or two and it makes my morning. Clean place and my coffee is made right every single time
The staff that closes are amazing . They get my order right and always get me happy. They don't rush you out the door because they are getting ready to close
