Omg. The food here is so good! I brought the Bangkok Room to the attention of my co workers. I would have given a higher review but although the food is excellent, service is not. I called ahead to order at lunchtime hours but when he (cashier) quoted the price it was slightly higher. I pointed out the price difference online and he insisted that was not the price. I said a lot of us order from the nearby medical center. Would you please let the manager know to change the price online. When I arrived he said, “I spoke to my manager and the price is correct as he eagerly showed me. I also pulled up the website and showed him a lower price. He then said would you like an appetizer? I said yes - I always order the same - egg rolls. He said, well that’s the problem you never said lunch. I said it was lunchtime and I referred to a $15 price on a lunch menu on the website. Because he sounded annoyed, I told him I was not there to argue. I just wanted to pick up the food. I told him that he could have asked me about the appetizer when I said the price was $15. I said the customer is always right implying most establishments try their best to please. His response to the customer is always right was “Not always.” I would just like to say that some customer service re-training would help. Otherwise, love this place.

Maybe I have high expectations of food here, so I am disappointed. I ordered main dish ROAST duck, but when I got home, I found out this $27 duck dish was deep-fried. The menu shows ‘’ roast‘’, should serve it roasted. Or change the description on the menu as deep-fried.

Had a delicious dinner here! The Tom Yum soup, crab rangoons, and Thai sampler were all delicious for appetizers. Everyone was happy with their entrees of lemongrass chicken, noodles, fried rice, yellow curry, pad Thai, and Param noodle as well. We found the restaurant to be really clean, and it was nice that the kitchen was open, where you could see it was clean there as well. This is a great local spot close to home for us, so we will definitely be back!

IT IS BYOB!!We didn’t know until we saw the sign on the door.Food was good; seafood didn’t scream frozen, veggies were nicely cooked, and everything was well seasoned.Go earlier in the week for the desserts! We went on Saturday and they were out of them.Vegetarian options: Most of the menu was able to be made for vegetarians.

Lovely and relaxing intimate space. The food is spot on along with the service. Doesn't matter of I eat there, order takeout or for delivery, the food is always good.Parking: Street parking is usually available as well.

Food was fine. Ordered online and picked up. Had chicken with broccoli and carrots, and extra vegetables. Got home and found there was no chicken and that my receipt had a tip added on to the bill that I did not agree to. Will not be back. Not worth $46 for two of these dishes.

Our visit to Bangkok Room was distinguished by an extraordinary attention to detail that took center stage from the moment we entered. Every aspect, from the festive Christmas decorations to the artistic Thai photographs adorning the dining room, was curated to create a captivating and vibrant dining experience, embodying a passion for both aesthetics and culinary art. This meticulous attention extended to the culinary experience, beginning with the visually stunning Thai milk tea. The menu was a testament to this precision, featuring well-executed Thai dishes rich in flavors and presented with artistic flair. The Veggie Pancake (kui chai) stood out for its unique taste and creativity, while the Crispy Tofu, accompanied by a zesty sweet Thai Chilli sauce, was a delightful surprise. The Tango Mango, our personal favorite, was a masterful vegetarian creation that placed the mango in the spotlight, showcasing the fruit's versatility and flavor. The service mirrored this attention to detail, especially evident in the seamless payment process, where the convenience of a tableside terminal and the option for a paperless receipt exemplified their commitment to a thoughtful dining experience. Overall, Bangkok Room delivered an exceptional dining journey, where attention to detail was not just a feature but the essence of our visit.

Amazing service and food, we’re tourists visiting America, and this was our first authentic taste of Thai food. The Beef Fried Rice was our highlight, the Tom Yum soup was also an amazing cross of spicy but not too spicy. Our chef (Joe)’s food was all fantastic, we got the Pan Fried Beef, Tom Yum Soup and the Beef fried rice. The service was also great, the staff were really nice especially Elmer, who despite my constant mess up went back to in the hack to get more cutlery, bowls, etc. We knew it was going to be good but WOW! We’re definitely going back, the service from Elmer was great, and the food by Joe was really authentic 10/10 would recommend!

Clean place. Excellent food, waitstaff are great. The menu is pricey especially the appetizers. Skip those and go straight to the entrée. I'm sure whatever you order will be great!
