We have dining at Copper City for a long time but I am unsure if we will return. Last night we got takeout because our kitchen is being worked on. My lobster Mac was fine. Not amazing but still it was fine. My daughter's steak frites was anything but fine. Ordered medium rare, it came raw and cold in the center. Almost as if it had been cooked partially frozen. To their credit I called today and they offered to make it again at no cost. Yay! Thank you! This time I asked them for medium but towards the medium rare side. Well, some pieces of steak for sort of medium, some medium well, some well done, some varying within the same slice. While I truly appreciate the effort to make it right, the result was edible but not good.

Was part of a larger party. Burgers were cooked perfectly, but truffle oil in description was not apparent or noticable. Really good, but not all there. Sides and appetizers were excellent. Some other meals sub standard.. Based on mine, they'll get another try.

Filets tips were amazing. The eggplant stack was good. It was a little loud but nice atmosphere. Service was ok little slow with drinks, they were just ok not amazing. I think he was new but very polite. Food came out fast.Above all I would totally go back!

I can't say enough good things about the restaurant, owner, and his team. Very creative dinner options. The food lives up to the description. We were there for a couple of special events that were amazing!!! His staff is so upbeat, helpful, and happy. They went out of their way to make sure we were having a good time, enjoying the food, and answered ALL of our questions. You have to try this place!!!

Food is always great. Too bad the service on a Saturday afternoon was horrible. Took our server 35+ minutes to bring our drinks. Had to ask him twice and still took his sweet time. Asked for water and didn't get any until the end of our meal! Only 3 tables so no reason for the subpar service. Will go again as I love the food, but only for dinner.

Came for a Wild Game Dinner. It became clear that management did NOT plan this well. 30-minutes in between each course. The wait staff was great. The food was okay. Go somewhere else and save yourself $90 per person.Post Mortem: Saw your (the owner’s) response. I didn’t even notice you, but I did say something to your waitress—who as I said, was truly great. But, I appreciate your reply. Great recommendation. I’ll go with Chick-Fil-A next time. Probably tastes better as well.
