Every time I come to this particular Dunkin, there’s an issue. Exceedingly slow service and rude staff. It’s been like this for years. Great job, Dunkin.
I was at the DD in Ansonia, CT with my pup to get a donut and pup cup. I just had to put my pup’s brother down during the week, and being that his brother was sad I took him for a ride and treated him to a pup cup. Jesse in Drive Thru was just so nice and was good to my pup that I really appreciated his amazing personality and customer service on this rainy, sad day. The night crew are not very friendly I ask for coffee fresh pot and they gave me burned coffee nasty couldn't go back .so I guess I go to another one that can be more customer friendly and can serve good coffee
