I don't think it's possible for anyone at this mcds to get a mobile order right. This location has burned me out of at least $30 in Xtra cheese and sauces over time. I think it's a reading challenge because it says it on the packaging and the receipt!! Can't wait for mcds to go full on automated!
Hit or miss with customer service. Today I ordered in the drive thru and asked for strawberry fanta with my order. They never placed my order on the board so I couldn't confirm my order although he repeated it back. I get an orange fanta and ask why not strawberry to which they replied they don't have it. Im not sure if she is the manager of this McDonald’s but if she isn’t, she swears she is. In her 40/50s Latina woman w short hair. Very rude to customers, doesn’t greet anyone or even acknowledges you being there even if she’s preparing your order. Every time I come and she’s here you can tell her coworkers are tense around her.I understand it’s a busy location but you’re dealing with clients, don’t be rude.
