“The donuts here are excellent - large, with a lot of filling in them - nothing like the small ones at Dunkin'. Unfortunately though, coffee here was just as poor (weak) as coffee at Dunkin'. Of course, if you find Dunkin' quality coffee acceptable, then this coffee will be fine, but to me it was a disappointment.“

“I’ve got to say that this Starbucks first and foremost has the most amazing staff of any Starbucks that I’ve ever been to around the country second of all I ordered the wrong drink this morning at no fault of the employees but my own I came back and I realized that I wanted the Ube coconut macchiato. I ordered the wrong drink, but when I came back, the young lady who took my order, gave me a free Uber coconut drink, which I’m very grateful for I was more than willing to pay. I’m just going down the line from ordering my drink to receiving my drink. The staff was very friendly. I would recommend this Starbucks in Derby Connecticut on Persian Drive to anybody that comes through this area. I promise you you’re not gonna find a friendlier staff anywhere else and I’m in the food industry. I know how hard it is to deal with customers every day, but this staff does it 100% with a smile and cheer in their voice.“

“I normally to the other dunkin next to Burger King but there extremely slow and make there coffees gross! I started going to this one and there so fast I'm in and out in one minute and women who works drive through in the morning, I believe yesterday morning around 8:45-9ish. She makes my sons morning who is 2, she smiles are him makes him smile and is so sweet! The other day she gave him a little munchkin and it made his day! I love kind hearted people go do things like this! Amazing dunkin and amazing worker! 5 stars!“

“Sweet man at the front greeted me & made my order. He made me an iced matcha and dirty sodas for my brothers, im very picky about my matcha I only drink ceremonial grade high quality. Don’t be fooled by the color on this one because it was SO delicious!! It tasted high quality and it has really good flavor. Next time you’re in the Milford mall, don’t forget to stop by and order some drinks. They make their drinks with LOVE.“
