I stopped in today on a busy Saturday, I was struggling a bit with my baby nephew. 2 staff immediately noticed and started playing with and talking to him while I got myself together. Another staff member saw how overwhelmed I was and brought over some ice water and kept checking in on us. Even though they were slammed, they took the time to focus on and help us and I appreciate it tremendously. Thank you!“

“During lunch break from having to serve jury duty I found this coffee shop down the street and decided to pop in. The two behind the counter were very friendly and inviting, and the special grilled cheese with tomato or bacon with soup was PERFECT . the chicken corn chowder came out piping hot and didn't even need any salt or pepper. I'm usually skeptical when someone has to make my coffee instead of me doing it, but unlike dunkin donuts the gentleman made it just right! they seem to have a familiar and friendly customer fan base, and I would definitely go back again.“

“Me and a good friend of mine stop by when we can after classes and order a hot latte. The beautiful young lady knows how to make the coffee’s right! Honestly, the first sip had me feeling jiggy and it is a designated spot for me and my friends whenever we can stop by! The atmosphere is good not too quiet or loud while also giving that college town vibe to it. Not to mention, their bagels are WORTH it.“

“Fepo is one of my favorite cafes in New Haven. They have a ton of variety on their menu, especially when it comes to specialized coffees. They have mushroom coffee specials with protein & collagen, matcha and other specialty drinks, and a good sandwich/snack menu. My favorite is the Chagaccino.“

The baristas are incredibly friendly and professional, even during their busiest hours, where other businesses often fall short in kindness and professionalism.
