“I went through drive through to get a cup of hot chocolate, no whip cream. The cup wasn’t even filled up. I’ve noticed this at other locations as well, not just here. People are spending money, at least make sure the cups are just about full. Just something to consider.“

The staff is also super friendly and although they don’t have a lot of seating, the seating that they do have is very work friendly with wireless chargers built into the table and outlets as well.“
“Good for a train station stop. I got a bottled water and two chocolate donut holes. The service was fast and friendly.They offered breakfast sandwiches, coffee, and of course donuts.They had a good selection of donuts for the small size of the store. Two checkouts made the line go quickly.“

“Came from the other Dunkin in front of Walmart because of terrible service where the employee told me he couldn't take my order on his register and couldn't pay in cash and we needed to use the kiosk.On the other hand this shop neither had the front register open but the lady took my order on the drive thru register and I was able to pay that way. I have the app but my friend was inviting me and she wanted to use cash hence our desire to walk in.“
“I needed some coffee and desert after visiting the Yale University Art gallery, this was a perfect location and only short walk away. Not a large space, but a fun atmosphere nonetheless. Many students hanging out who seem to be studying indefinitely which made finding an available seat somewhat difficult for new, paying customers. A rather chaotic ordering process, it's unclear where to order/pickup, etc. So, I just jumped in and ordered a couple glazed old fashioned donuts and a cup of coffee. The service was nice and prompt however and I have no complaints there at all. I was in luck to be able to grab a stool by the door along the wall. I'm a life long serial donut dunker.....the coffee was hot and tasty and was perfect for dunking in. If you're in the area and want something sweet check out Donut Crazy.
