“I came to this location on 1-2-26. I visited at 3:13 pm. A great young gentleman named Delnacer served me with the up most respect. He was so kind and got my order correct the first time. I ordered a sandwich and it was absolutely delicious!! I would Love to see more employees like this young man work at this location. I will definitely be coming back as long as he’s working!!!“

“I love Dunkin Donuts but you have to be careful which one you go to I frequent at least three or four of them in the one on Elm Street in West Haven they can't keep workers and they don't do your orders right I don't know why I don't know what's going on with them that used to be a really really good spot but they've gone“

“Came from the other Dunkin in front of Walmart because of terrible service where the employee told me he couldn't take my order on his register and couldn't pay in cash and we needed to use the kiosk.On the other hand this shop neither had the front register open but the lady took my order on the drive thru register and I was able to pay that way. I have the app but my friend was inviting me and she wanted to use cash hence our desire to walk in.“

“Busy small place due to location. Barely 5 people can stand inside. Not sure - but I ordered regular small coffee with milk and sugar - the coffee was more on the bitter side and not tasting great - not sure if was the coffee roast or brew . Forgot to take picture.“

“I never thought I’d be a person who had a favorite Dunkin’ Donuts, but look at the freaking situation I’m in now. I’ve been going here on and off for years, and for whatever reason it is, like, the best every time. They decorate for holidays, they dress up in silly outfits. Everyone is friendly and funny and kind. I honestly look forward to coming here on the rare occasion I’m craving Dunkin’. This place rocks.“
