“I ordered a box of Joe and a couple of dozen donuts.They were very friendly, and got the order perfect. I ordered at the drive thru and then drove around d to the front so others in line could proceed. They delivered the order to me outside, and made sure I checked to see if they'd included the creamers, cups, sugar etc.They did an excellent job!“
“The service is good and the price is good. And to the people who say service is slow try making enough time in the morning for stops, then you wouldn't complain because your rushing and waiting and pressuring the staff. then when they do mess your order up you know why. chive on✌️“
“My family and I were passing by and decided to take a break and use the restroom after several hours of driving from NC. I was indecided to place an order but Tiffany, who had just clocked out and was about to leave, stopped and ask me if I was going to place an order with such professionalism and smile. She helped me place my order, and then Monisha showed up and finalized my order. She too was also extremely helpful and polite. Those 2 have my 5 star review and deserve more. It's becoming hard to find workers like them. Please let them know that they rock!“
“up until a few months ago, this was the worst dunkin in the entire state of ct. and possibly the entire usa. the place never opened on time and there was always a long line of cars waiting before the first employee ever showed up. the manager was always the last to arrive. it was not uncommon for this place to open as late as 7:30 am and even later on sundays. after observing this for an entire month i approached the manager and after nearly slipping on the always wet floor, i asked her the following question: the sign outside says open at 5:00 am, why are customers waiting two or three hours for this place to open? her response was: 'i have no control over the employees' to which i replied "well isn't that your job"? she responded by saying, 'if i had any complaints, to tell it to dunkin, not her'. so i did. i called dunkin corp and they sent the district manager to investigate. after two weeks the district manager called me and confirmed everything that i had reported.the manager was "let go" and a new crew was installed. i am now happy to report that under the leadership and supervision of new manager felicia, this place has gone from "worst" to "first". i must also give "honorable mention" to employees "baby doll" and "sexy thang" who always keep myself and the other customers "comin' back for more"!“
“Food is always good. Service can be a little slow at times. They do get to know you if you come in often enough. Atmosphere is loud from the workers. I have to say I’ve never heard such a group of workers being so loud constantly. So if you want a place to relax with a nice cup of coffee pick another DD. Plus there is a 15 minute time limit on the seating. Which makes it hard to enjoy your coffee with friends for fear of getting thrown out due to time limitations.Parking: Easy in and out except you’re not supposed to take a left turn but everyone still does“
“Happened into this Dunkin this morning while down in West Haven on business. The staff was extremely friendly and very polite! Service was lightning FAST, order was correct and the ladies behind the counter were all smiles and so sweet! They all said thank you when I paid and tipped + told me goodbye as I left and wished me a great day and wonderful weekend. Other Dunkin’s should follow their lead and whoever is the manager of this location should be EXTREMELY proud of their staff & give them a big thank you for making their customers experiences positive ones just like mine this morning. I will def be back again when I’m in the area!!“
“I used to come here everyday but now just once in awhile. Not sure why I stopped! The service is way faster and much better than the one by my house! This is right by my job, might have to start making this one my daily Dunkin'.... I didn't have to wait at the window or in the drive thru line for 20 minutes...that's enough to earn 4 stars“
“Just like every other Dunkin' Donuts I have been to for the most part. Employees were friendly and the service was great and fast. The ice coffees were made just the way I ordered them and they didn't use too much ice. I would definitely come back to this Dunkin' in the future.“
“Traveling in the area for a family visit we had heard of this gem bakery and did our best to get there before closing on a Saturday. We selected a sample of the items the owner had left. A few donuts, 2 cookies and 2 meat pies. All are made with such pride and are delicious!! The uniqueness of the donuts can’t be explained .. must be sampled. The chocolate chip giant cookie is heavenly.. and the chicken Parm meat pie is today’s lunch. I’d highly recommend this woman owned bakery. She is remarkable and very customer service focused. We will be back when in the area for sure! Wishing you continued success!!“
