Ladies, please get it together! You're busy and that's valid, but when a customer comes in to exchange the order YOU messed up, which includes an allergy, don't talk about her so she can hear you. Yes, she had to wait an hour to bring it in for you to fix because she has 5 children to get ready for school.Sorry yall, not sorry.If the sticker on the side says DECAF and the bag doesn't match, it's not rocket science. Happened into this Dunkin this morning while down in West Haven on business. The staff was extremely friendly and very polite! Service was lightning FAST, order was correct and the ladies behind the counter were all smiles and so sweet! They all said thank you when I paid and tipped + told me goodbye as I left and wished me a great day and wonderful weekend.
