Just left. Ordered coffee and donuts. Coffee was not what I ordered (2 creams, 2 sugars). Jelly donut was smashed…like smushed. Not a mistake. I am so sick of Dunkin’s poor quality if service. It’s unbelievable. This one, the one in the post road, same. Take the earphones out of your ears, pay attention to what I order, and try to actually care about your job!

I used to work at this location in high school (a good 7/8 years ago), and I was astounded by how awful the service at this Dunkin' location has gotten since then.I was in town for an appointment and decided to stop by for the first time in years. After waiting in the (long) drive thru line, I ordered a large ice coffee with a little bit of extra almond milk. When I got to the window to pay, my coffee was $5.75...the worker charged me $2 for almond milk when it's typically a $.50 upcharge. Seriously, I thought Dunkin' was supposed to be the cheaper alternative to Starbucks. The worker, a teenage boy, was also pretty rude. I'm giving this location an extra star only because the manager was extremely nice when I reached out.Next time I'll go to the much better Dunkin' a mile up the road.

Ladies, please get it together! You're busy and that's valid, but when a customer comes in to exchange the order YOU messed up, which includes an allergy, don't talk about her so she can hear you. Yes, she had to wait an hour to bring it in for you to fix because she has 5 children to get ready for school.Sorry yall, not sorry.If the sticker on the side says DECAF and the bag doesn't match, it's not rocket science. Be blessed and just pay attention ?

Prob one of the worst Dunkins I have ever gone too. Writing this in the middle of waiting 30 minutes for my food. Run by actual unsupervised children that do not care in the slightest of making a coffee faster than 10 minutes a person. I see no management and as soon as you walk in its just messing around. Every single employee here for last 8 months has only 1 speed. And it's because they do not care. Now I get that. It's not their food and not their business so they are here for a paycheck and that's fine. But employing personal of this level of caliber...will make your business lose customers and respect. I have gone to a lot of DD and this might actually be the worst run one yet. And just so you are tracking.....I'm STILL waiting in line...only 2 people have been served....its been 15 minutes. Actually be faster to get get the beans shipped to your house and you make the coffee yourself. Stay away.

Happened into this Dunkin this morning while down in West Haven on business. The staff was extremely friendly and very polite! Service was lightning FAST, order was correct and the ladies behind the counter were all smiles and so sweet! They all said thank you when I paid and tipped + told me goodbye as I left and wished me a great day and wonderful weekend. Other Dunkin’s should follow their lead and whoever is the manager of this location should be EXTREMELY proud of their staff & give them a big thank you for making their customers experiences positive ones just like mine this morning. I will def be back again when I’m in the area!!

Cornball gaming

Once again another bad experience. I came in today for 2 everything bagels and a decaf iced coffee, I WORKED at dunkin, I know the woman doing the food put cream cheese on one bagel and took whatever was left from ONE cream cheese and put it on the other. Here I am eating a dry plain everything bagel thinking the cream cheese is somewhere on it. Not one bit of cream cheese just a sliver in the middle to make it look like it. Terrible. LAAAAAAZYYYYYY
