I was waited on immediately by a very friendly young man!! The coffee was made just the way I like it!!
I order the same cold coffee drink each time. Each time it is made differently. No consistency. It doesn't matter what time of the day, or what day it is. Coffee drinks are expensive. I wish they would learn how to make them.
Also, many times the donuts are stale and the muffins are rock hard.
I've noticed their parking lot is empty alot of times when I pass by.

It may not be the best place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee with friends, as there is a 15-minute time limit on seating. Parking is generally easy, but left turns are not allowed. There have been instances of rude behavior from the workers, such as arguing over a specific order of chocolate glazed munchkins. Despite the occasional issues, Dunkin' has a good vibe and friendly employees, making it a popular spot for coffee and donuts. However, it may be hard to find a similar experience at other Dunkin' locations.
