The team of Fatima, Irum, Nadia, Sara, and Parao, are the most kind and helpful service staff I have had the pleasure of doing business with in my 26 years in Trumbull. They know exactly how I like my coffee and greet me every time I walk in the shop with a heartfelt hello. Hands down the best coffee, muffin, and bagel shop in Trumbull i.e. Fairfield County. “I purposely drive a long distance just to come to this location. My order is always correct, the service is quick, and the team members are incredibly friendly. I truly enjoy visiting this Dunkin’, especially seeing Freddy and Carlos... they’re always upbeat and manage to make me laugh every time. On one occasion, I was late picking up my drive-thru order (completely my fault), and the team member still remade it for me free of charge, which meant a lot. I usually go through the drive-thru, but when I do go inside, it’s always clean and well-organized. I consistently enjoy my coffee and the positive energy from the team every visit. <3“

I had a unique situation that was partly my own fault: I needed a receipt for work purposes and had not obtained it when I initially made my purchase. Although it was only minutes before closing, Tatiana and Marilyn went above and beyond to help me. They contacted technical support and worked through the technology issues to assist with reprinting the receipt I needed.
Their patience, professionalism, and positive attitude truly stood out. They could have simply treated my request as an inconvenience at the end of a long day, but instead they were accommodating, kind, and determined to find a solution.

This was far more than just receiving a cup of coffee—it was an example of the kind of service that builds customer loyalty. I sincerely appreciate their efforts and will definitely return to this location.“

“The young woman at Dunkin was great. Our power is out and my dog wouldn’t eat her dry food. She’s used to me cooking chicken and veggies but can’t. She was so sweet to make me an egg and a knife for me to cut it up.“

“This morning I was craving a bacon egg and cheese and decided to stop here and try it out. I had a bacon egg and cheese on a hard roll that was pretty good I wish the bacon was a little crispier but I would get it again. I also saw that on their menu they had a gyro egg and cheese so I decided to get a sandwich for my boyfriend as well. They have a nice variety of donuts but make sure to come early so you can get the best picks! The woman at the counter was nice and had good customer service. We did get the Apple spice donut as well. I can’t wait to try some other flavor of the donuts.“
