“*****Important*****Truly is crazy I had a thought about an incident that occurred when I was at JBC and the employees. I find a review left by “Kelly Noe”. I was there that day and witnessed it all happen. The owner of the establishment and his reply is the completely accurate story. The staff was quick in their ability to make it right but I’m sure nothing would have been correct for her that day. I myself was astonished by the attitude and demeanor of the customer that day and would find it unacceptable in every event. The establishment played every exchange correctly. Kelly Noe what happened was a minor inconvenience that otherwise did not affect your life. Please do better next time!“
“Open space bubble tea shop. They have friendly employees. There were a bunch of customers there when I was waiting for my order but when I recieved it the lady was very kind to come to the table I was sitting at and bring it. I bought the #6 for the waffle menú. For what it's worth, it's a bit light and should have more food in it. My friend got boba and claimed it tasted good. Overall a 7/10 experience.“

“Listen, I am always going to Starbucks. I always get my daily drink and sometimes I’ll even get another if I really am craving it. I’ve gone all over CT trying different places and seeing which I like the most. Been to all the Stamford ones, Norwalk, Westport, Darien, Bridgeport, Danbury, and Trumbull. I am proudly saying that this Trumbull Starbucks makes the best drinks. Like, they literally do so good if I could personally give all the workers $10M I would. I might make a petition for Elon Musk to come to this location and give them a big chunk of his money because it’s really that good. I don’t work here, don’t even live in Trumbull but I will go out of my way to get my coffee here. I am actually glazing this place.“
“I had a wonderful experience when visiting the Starbucks in stop and shop the women were excellent listeners and got my drink 100% correct thanks girls! I highly recommend coming to this one instead of the one down the street much faster and very respectful employees!“
“The location has a friendly staff, great music playing and is always clean. I always use the mobile app. Most of the time the order is perfect - If there is a mix up - they always take care of the problem with a smile - one time I got a free donut :)“

And because 5heybare popular they run out of staples like munchkins and plain glazed donuts alot.The staff is very friendly though and the food is same Dunkin quality as anywhere.I wish they would end their lease and lease our the old Starbucks location across the street as it's bigger and they would be more visible.“

“I order my coffee through my app. And by doing so I know when it is going to be ready. However, there are times when the do take longer to prepare the drinks. Customer service is not the greatest but not the worse either. I have seen Starbucks where employees don't even say hello. The drinks are most of the times done right but they have made my drink wrong at times. Bathrooms seem to be in distress most of the time and the store looks like needs some TLC. Overall a 4 is in my opinion fair for this store“
“The owner and staff are very friendly and welcoming. The food is tasty and fresh. Appears to bake her own items. They are not just vegetarian. They have many nice salads, eggs, sandwiches, coffee with many flavors, etc. They have special and sometimes special food you can bring hime to eat for dinner, and breakfast next day.
