Consistently messing up orders. This includes cold food (and by cold I mean COLD), missing items while still getting charged for it… etc. The staff (besides one girl who I don’t know her name) is rude and have zero regard for good customer service. Would not stop to get food or coffee here if it wasn’t for their convenient location.
The location has a friendly staff, great music playing and is always clean. I always use the mobile app. Most of the time the order is perfect - If there is a mix up - they always take care of the problem with a smile - one time I got a free donut :)
