I only take my kids here maybe once a month but its become absolutely terrible, the place is always dirty and the people working are all in the back ignoring the customers. The staff needs to be retrained and learn to be more efficient so the lines are not packed, the only great people are Omar( Manager) ,Emily and maybe 2 other workers @ this location. It actually used to be very good when it first opened but has become increasingly worse, the people working here do not care...read full review
It is the second time that they have not delivered my McChicken that I earned by redeeming points by purchasing from the app. The first time I let it go but this time I see it as very bad on the part of this McDonalds. They don't lose and I don't like losing my money. No more McDonalds ?
