if i didn't have to give a star i wouldn't nothing is ever right and the people are so rude it's insane i don't know how this place is even still open because they hire a bunch of people who don't care about anything but a paycheck and coffee is how you start your day and these people continuously mess it up. don't ask for anything extra either because chances are you're not going to get it.
The service at this Dunkin' is abysmal. The employees, if you can call them that, barely make eye contact, mumble incoherently, never have anything but the most basic items on the menu, and are really rather rude. I know it's a Dunkin' and not the most prestigious job in the world, but you would hope that if you're going to make the effort to get dressed up to go to work every day, there would be at least a minimum effort to show some pride and competence in your work.
