The service at this Dunkin’ is abysmal. The employees, if you can call them that, barely make eye contact, mumble incoherently, never have anything but the most basic items on the menu, and are really rather rude. I know it’s a Dunkin’ and not the most prestigious job in the world, but you would hope that if you’re going to make the effort to get dressed up to go to work every day, there would be at least a minimum effort to show some pride and competence in your work. Not from here—this Dunkin’ would be better served by a self checkout. Go and see for yourselves, or better yet don’t.

if i didn't have to give a star i wouldn't nothing is ever right and the people are so rude it's insane i don't know how this place is even still open because they hire a bunch of people who don't care about anything but a paycheck and coffee is how you start your day and these people continuously mess it up. don't ask for anything extra either because chances are you're not going to get it.

This Dunkin’ used to be rougher around the edges, but I think it gets a bad rep. Sometimes there’s human errors, but otherwise I’ve always had a pleasant experience with the staff and enjoyed my food.

What an uncomfortable visit. I should have known things would not be good when I walked in and the employees were loudly arguing with one another, cursing and all. I was the only customer on the store and waited about 5-7 minutes for a regular coffee and a muffin. Nothing fancy! Sad that there is no work ethic anymore! It’s coffee people, not rocket science! Since I don’t like to give just negative feedback, the coffee was hot and the muffin was fresh!

Nothing wakes you up like coffee, except for loud screaming, lack of service, and constant messed up orders. After the last visit my wife and I decided it would be better to just light a $20 bill on fire every morning to get going!

If you go there and aren't comfortable with standing around for 10-20 minutes, you'll be quite dissapointed. I keep going there because it's in a good spot, and just get dissapointed every time. You might get your drink quickly enough, but if you order food you'll be there for a whileParking: Parking is fine

Awful. The one women who is always there is so rude. they never get my order right and god forbid you click walk in and go thru the drive thru or press drive thru and go in she has a fit like it takes so much time out of her day to walk 3 steps. The place isnt big. If youre that miserable, quit. im sure the place would run smoother and customers would feel more welcome if you werent there.

Employees were rude. Food took over 20 minutes and was not prepared correctly, bagels might as well have come without anything on them there was so little cream cheese. I bet this place only stays in business because of its location. Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to.

It was a bit of a wait in drive thru but the employees working rocked it and busted a** to move customers along. This was my first time here. I'll definitely return but maybe I'll go in next time.

This might be the worst Dunkin I have ever been to, and thats saying a lot because they have all been terrible lately. I was told at the order menu that they would be taking orders at the window. Over 20 minutes later I finally get to the window to see the entire staff moving at a snails pace. If I could have gotten out of line I would have but you are stuck once you get in the drive through. There were 2 cars ahead of me. Just 2 and I sat there for over 20 minutes to be "greeted" by a staff that clearly hate their job and were borderline rude. I'm tired of feeling like I'm inconviencing the staff when I frequent one of these places, which until now was at least once a day. Later Dunkin. Either pay your employees better so they actually want to help your patrons or get better people because what you have going on now is losing you customers.

Had a buddy of mine order over the mobile app, wasn't sure if it was drive thru or walk-in so i went drive thru. As soon as I'm at the window one employee decided to yell from the back very clearly “I hate people who order mobile for walk in and go through the drive through.” Well.. to you sir i hate rude people and learn some professionalism. If i did that at my place of work it wouldn't fly. Not only that god forbid you have to move your lazy feet from the window to the pick up area. Really ticked me off this morning.
