“Very welcoming staff and amazing customer service.I stopped here during a road trip and honestly the burgers were better than many spots I’ve tried in New York. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The atmosphere was friendly and the cashier make us feel at home. “This is my go to lunch or snack restaurant as I work in New Haven. The food is delicious and the variety amazing. The soups are hearty and not overly salty. There is always relaxing music playing and from spicy beef to salads with protein so much variety. All the staff are friendly and professional.“

“It was my first time going to a Popeyes and I loved it. The chicken sandwich was very soft and crunchy but melted in your mouth with the mayo, but my Mac n cheese was sort of sad and very creamy but very very cheesy. I received my order within 30 seconds of ordering and the restaurant despite being in a somewhat sketchy area was nice inside and very clean and welcoming. Loved it here, definitely coming back“

“Today was our first time in a Shake Shack Restaurant. Ordering was a quick process and our food was ready within a good 10 minutes or so? I ordered the Smoke Shack Double with French Fries and a 50/50 Lemonade/Iced Tea. My fiancé ordered a 6 piece of Chicken Bites….Hot, Juicy and Delicious. “Warning: Although the manager isn’t friendly and rude the staff does not merit a bad review. Instead I just stopped coming here and I went to the other chicken place.

Sure the $6 meal is back and it’s delicious, it is not worth it if they forget to pack the fries or a side dish. That’s what happened to me and since I was stopping by there daily or every other day I did not care.

The next time I went I asked for Jose who is the one who helped me most of the week. He wasn’t there. Jasmine was working and she knew I was a regular customer. She did not pack my order, so she asked the manager.

When the manager (short lady with black hair) came to me she questioned me as if I was trying to scam Popeyes. I told her Jose had missed putting my fries and told her I was a regular customer. She agreed to let me have the fries I was owed but it came with an attitude and trying to belittle me.

I encourage you to open your box and make sure to double check your order before you leave. No matter how nice Jose and Jasmin are they only hand you the meal.

I have had nothing but great experiences at the red and white chicken place for $1 less.

“I was able to make a order and pay for it and leave to come back and get it. The place was very clean and the workers are the best yet to be hired. And talking about fresh food,yeah pass by McDonald's and go here to get your free chocolate cookies with certain orders. I love this place !!“

“I stopped by this location today because I have been seeing all the new Burger King commercials and was very curious. Before today, I hadn’t been to a BK in about 6 years and the last time was absolutely awful so I was a bit skeptical with the low google reviews. I ordered a bacon Whopper with bbq meal and a side of jalapeño poppers and I was pleasantly surprised! This may actually be the best whopper I have EVER had and they truly did make it my way. The burger tasted fresh and the veggies in it all looked nice. The jalapeño poppers were good. Will be back, 10/10!“
