“I don't understand how with a system that shows the employee what the order is that they still make it wrong. My mistake was not getting the receipt, I ordered a steak egg mcmuffun they gave me a sausage mcmuffun , even though the special tag that was stuck to the wrapper says steak, they got it wrong. The best part was I was Charged for steak. they need to train better.“

“The employees here are always attentive and efficient. Never a wait for Mobil orders. Friendly atmosphere, clean restaurant. I wish I knew the name of the lady with an accent, that I always encounter. She’s great with her hospitality. I like this particular location.“

“I don’t normally leave these unless really necessary and I felt tonight was. The man Malcom over at frontage rd east haven was amazing . He had a smile on his face the entire time cracked jokes was mad funny and I have to say for that location I am not use to that. There use to be a short girl who worked there and she was just really rude always had a bad attitude no matter what u did if u asked for sauce she would huff n puff. She was not someone who should work in fast food just an unhappy woman. In my opinion she needed a good man in her life idk but this isn’t bout her. This is about the gentleman Malcom. He definitely made my night. Great worker. 5 stars isn’t enough. He deserves way more. Good job Taco Bell east haven you finally got ah good one. 💯👑“
