My mistake was not getting the receipt, I ordered a steak egg mcmuffun they gave me a sausage mcmuffun , even though the special tag that was stuck to the wrapper says steak, they got it wrong. The best part was I was Charged for steak. they need to train better.“

“This is my fourth time coming in. I usually just get a drink. Lakisha is nice polite take orders the way I asked Brandon is the first time you meeting him today. “It's Sunday and every once in a while... more often than not, we brunch! Lol. We heard about the bottomless mimosa brunch here at Cast Iron Chef Chop House & Oyster Bar so we pulled up to check it out! Here's how it went... Atmosphere/Appearance: Set right on the busy State Street is this gem. There's no private parking, but plenty of comfortable, spacious street parking right out front. Once inside you're immersed in a very fine-dining, elegant, laid-back atmosphere. Lots of woods, intimate-low lighting and upbeat music. I loved the vibes in here. The first room is your bar room where the rail is off to the left, but with plenty of seating to the right. If you continue through the room you enter the main dining room where it's all booths and other tables. Service: Stacey was our server. Things got off to a bit of a rocky start, but they smoothed out throughout the brunch. Food/Drinks: The mimosa was okay... It was REALLY strong because there's orange vodka and orange liqueur in it. It kinda killed the flavor for me because I'd prefer a traditional mimosa with minimal juice, but... no matter. They're bottomless... or supposed to be... Just be mindful of who your server is. Brunch can consist of a prix-fixed menu, which is what we did so we'll be going through that. First up were the Homemade Sausage Gravy and biscuits. These were super smothered and fantastic. Hot, savory, meaty, salty and even had a bit of a subtle sweetness. The biscuit was soft, butter and had crispy edges. Next up were the Cinnamon Rolls. These were HUGE. Lol. Like, how are we supposed to eat AND drink all of this stuff?! The exterior of the roll was crispy and the inside very soft. Not over-the-top sweetness or anything. These were very balanced. Next up were the Bananas Foster Pancakes. But this thing was enormous. It was so thick, like literally an inch thick. Lol. Fresh bananas sliced right on top, it cut like butter, was soft with the perfect crispy edges and these were AMAZING. Punch of sweetness up front, fluffy texture and just a great pancake. For dinner, this restaurant usually serves Cast Iron Popcorn instead of bread, so Stacey let us try it! It was smokey, a little-little sweet with a little bit of salt and maybe a hickory barbecue flavor. I liked it. Lastly, I chose the Steak & Eggs over Salmon & Eggs, but got to try both since my wife was with me. Each comes with gigantic fried potatoes, 3 eggs, a piece of toast, caramelized onions and your protein of choice. My steak was cooked perfectly (medium-rare). The flavors were excellent. It was a little fatty and just was done very well. Value: $64.96 for bottomless mimosas and the prix-fixe menu. Probably the best value brunch in the state. SO MUCH FOOD and strong drinks. I don't know what else you'd want! In conclusion, I really enjoyed myself here and have revisited since my first time! Everything was just as awesome as the first. Check this place out if you're in the area!“

“Today was my first time trying Shah Food, and I ended up going back twice in the same day. I tried the chicken burger first, and within two hours I was back for the hot wings. Their spicy sauce is really good. I grew up eating spicy food, so I can handle heat, and theirs has flavor and a kick.

The chicken and meat taste very fresh, not rubbery at all, and the bun on the burger was crispy in the best way. I’m already looking forward to trying the gyro next. Exam week has me hungry, and Shah Food is definitely becoming my go-to comfort spot.

Staff is very nice. Their shop is clean as well.

“Went there last Saturday, August 3rd at 12:30 pm and had the best time ever. I spoke to Riley prior to going asking about the chocolate martinis and she told me that Allisa made really good ones. When we got there to celebrate a girl's day out Riley was there, our waitress Shelly pointed her out so I could go over and introduce myself. Not only did EVERYONE treat us like we had been going there for years and were family, but Alissa made REALLY GREAT DRINKS and the FOOD WAS FANTASTIC. My sister had a couple cosmos, and my other friend and I had the chocolate martinis which were WONDERFUL!!! We had chicken tacos, fries and the Burbon pork belly bites were SOOOO GOOD you would want to slap anyone who tried to grab any. This was truly a good time and although it was busy, loud and was SOOOOOO MUCH FUN because everyone was fabulous. I will look forward to going back next time I'm in Connecticut.“

It seems that we have found new catering for our family functions, and I can't thank you enough. It saved me much needed time and things were simply delicious. Dealing with Jan was super easy via email and phone with no problems. Extremely accommodating. All in all, one of the best caterings I've ever had to deal with. I would recommend them highly.“

“My family and I have been going here for many years and seems that just lately Friendly's became just another fast food restaurant. Let me explain. I remember when the people working there knew your face sometimes even your favorite meal or ice-cream. Now they sit you down very small talk and it seams like they can't keep there employees. “Went to grab a burger after work, but for five guys they had 15 mins left before closing. That didn't stop the crew from treating me like any other customer throughout the day. I was welcomed with great energy. When I was ordering and was not sure what to get, the manager Renee explained the menu to me for topping. During the waiting process, I asked a few questions about the process and was given answers in a respectful manner. I waited about 5 mins for my food and was out the door. Very clean inside and no one looked like they were trying to go home, for it being so late. I would come back again. Very pleased with the energy and food.“

“Best DQ in CT the ice cream is just different here the texture and taste is way better, the toppings are always generous and they actually fill the cup over the top so you definitely get what you pay for here. The employees are always polite and always get the orders correct.

Parking: There’s like 15 parking spots there is 1 handicap spot but no matter where you park you’ll be close to the building.

My only gripe is that the soda is always flat a 5 guys but that’s not necessarily this locations fault, corporate puts those multi flavor machines in all the 5 guys.“

“We ate at Supreme Seafood Restaurant for the first time on 9/14/25. Their fried shrimps and steak fries (full portions) were delicious! Their shrimps were large and perfectly cooked; and the steak fries were cooked to perfection and well seasoned!“

“Came to do trivia visiting from San Diego, CA. I gotta say what a good time! They have great food, greater drinks and impeccable service. Our server was Michelle and she was fantastic! We ordered the fish and chips and the turkey sub with fries. Both were delightful! We came in last place for trivia and got a consolation prize! ? Great times, good food, good people. Highly recommend for a casual night out for food and drinks!“
