We were there late night, the chowder was "off" seemed burned. Had to have two employees get our server so we could pay...had to wait 5-10 minutes and we were only the customers in the restaurant and we were anxious to get on our way...
I have taken out from here a few times and eaten in once. The food is ok, it's Friendly's. Every time I take out from here it's dreadfully slow to just pay for and take my food which was sitting for 5 + minutes while I was there waiting....who knows how long it had been there already. The one time I ate in the waitress was rude, and slow. Would order take out of I was desperate but will not ever eat in again.
