“I hadn’t been to Nick’s Char Pit in over 25 years, but after seeing one of their specials on Facebook, I decided it was time to give it another shot and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, it instantly brought me back to my childhood. The atmosphere is exactly how I remembered it classic, welcoming, and full of character. It’s rare to find a place that still holds onto that kind of nostalgia. The food was fantastic, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the whole experience just felt genuine. You can tell they take pride in what they do. If you’re looking for a fun blast-from-the-past kind of place, Nick’s is absolutely worth a visit. And shoutout to Bobby his daily TikTok jokes are awesome and just add to the whole experience!“

“When you first walk in restaurant the smell is a little bit discouraging. It smells like a dirty and musty rag, or dirty mop water.
The food was good but plate presentation was off. Love going here but upkeep of the restaurant needs to be taken care of. Management needs to check on presentation and making people desire to keep coming back to eat there.“

“They were super friendly and made great food! We had a cheddar brat with kraut and the Get Stuffed Burger. They both were excellent. I loved that the burger had cheese inside and ground bacon on top. The cheddar brat was juicy and the bun was fresh and tasty. We also tasted the clam chowder and it blew me away. I bet they do a really good lobster roll. Next time!“

“Great bar, attentive service, pub grub menus with excellent wings. Make your own pasta dishes, pizza and entrees to round it out. Just open three months but a welcome addition to the area.“

“Had the Amici Pizza Truck to celebrate my son’s wedding and the did not disappoint. Absolutely amazing! From the pizza, the variety of toppings and creative combos to the service and how nice the team was - everything was top notch. Our guests raved about it. Thank you Amici for a wonderful event.“

“The food was good. The service unfortunately was on the down side. I don't know if it's because it was busy?? We sat for at least a half hour before being asked to order food. The food took another thirty-five minutes to get to the table. 😒“
