“I've never felt pulled to leave a review for a McDonald's, other than maybe some bad locations, but this one is honestly a stand-out. My husband and I live here and occasionally go here as our cheat day. I have to say, every single time we're pleasantly surprised that this location is better than any we've ever been to. Food is always hot and fresh (I mean relatively speaking, obviously we're still talking about McDonald's) but it's just always good. Service is very friendly and I'd even say professional. There's one employee who's always a standout; for lack of a name he's a young white gentlemen in his 20s (slight country accent?) and just seems to love his job, always has a great attitude. He deserves a raise, he always adds a positive vibe. Also, Hamden is known for its homeless population and the other day we witnessed an employee offering an elderly gentlemen a cup of water on a hot day. The Play Place hasn't been open here for a while, but there's currently construction going on with it so we're hoping soon. Overall, it's just the best McDonald's we've ever been to and thought it deserves some recognition.“
“Went there last night to get something before my overnight shift. I met an employee named TJ. He was one of the nicest subway employees I've came in touch with at any subway. His customer service skills were way above his pay grade. I would like to bring attention to the management that I believe he deserves a raise or promotion. I felt very invited like I've know him forever and that level of customer service is why I'll be returning. So please give his performance an evaluation because I would hate to see you lose such an amazing employee sandwich was right on point. Service was on point and will be returning thanks to TJ. .“
“This store is incredibly clean. The food was ALL fresh. The employees were all very nice. I came here with boys for lunch. They had happy meals and I had a Big Mac. The boys had a blast. We spent about one hour here and it went by really fast. It looks like there isn't a lot of seating from the outside but there is plenty once you're inside. I would absolutely come here again I would rate this store 10/10. No play yard for kids.“
“I always use drive-thru ,but I never had a issue or complaint with the service or food. The employees are always friendly and have my order together quickly . The food is what you'd expect nothing over the top just chicken and sides . I am happy they started making bigger boxes ,because two pieces and one side never satisfies my hungry boys .“
“I just past by at Popeyes in Hamden and order the two can dine and I told them I want it fresh and hot and told me it was going to be 12 minutes so I waited patiently and therefore I waited and got my food ready to go and me and husband enjoy it the cashier very polite ☺️“
“The service was prompt! I don’t like lettuce & tomato and often I find that the Burger King people don’t follow this instruction although I customize my order. But this place was dfrnt & they followed my instruction properly! Loved that, but they don’t give ample ranch, or pepper. That’s why it’s a 4Star from me! “I am a superfan of the Subway Club --with roast beef, thank you VERY much-- and the Subways in Texas have discontinued carrying roast beef, thus I stopped eating at Subway. But count on Connecticut Subways continuing to carry RB and I'm glad to say the Subway Club is as good as it ever was! A great veggie fix with the protein & cheese like it was meant to be. ❤ it's good to be home again.“
“Amazing experience at this Taco Bell every single time. They get a lot of traffic but it doesn’t effect the speed one bit. The employees are very well trained at explaining everything and it warns my heart the conversations I have at this place.“
“I stopped by at this location on Dixwell/Morse Street her with my niece and goddaughter around 745p-800p after ordering my god daughter accidentally knocked her drink over. The employee who assisted us was multitasking between the drive thru and the counter she was very helpful and nice both with taking the orders and assisted with cleaning the spill that was made kudos to Shay/Shae for providing good customer service. She did not have an attitude at all regarding the incident. I hope you are are treating her well because that's the kind of customer service employees you need in your establishment. Due to her great customer service you got 4 stars Shay/Shae keep up that sane energy wherever you go you never know who's watching“
“Stopped for dinner prior to the hockey game. Burger Fish sandwich slaw snd onion rings. Everything was great. Staff was excellent plus pleasant professional Dining room was clean food was delicious fresh plentiful. Could not have been better.“
