“Over a decade of deliciousness! It’s been 10 years, and I can still remember the Shrimp Bisque and other scrumptious soups. There was always an allergen-friendly option, which was just barely catching on back then. My husband would have soups delivered to the hospital if he couldn’t have lunch with me in person. Every time it rains in San Diego, we think of Soup Girl. So many flavors, very fond memories.”

“Funcles is a short walk from our AirBnB. We enjoyed breakfast there several times during our recent vacation from Florida. The Marcus breakfast sandwich is outstanding. My wife enjoyed her bagle with lox and tomatoes as well as the Breakfast Burritto during our visits and the coffe was outstanding. We will definitely be returning to Funcles during future visits to the area.”

“Our family’s go-to ramen and kimbap stop. We were so happy to see any sort of Korean food option in North Haven. This store is a cozy, seriously adorable operation if you want to dine in, and the food is delicious either way. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Do use their app! The prices come out the same or cheaper and Uber doesn’t siphon off all their margin.”

“This was my first time at Wentworth’s, and I’m so glad a friend recommended it—especially because they offer dog-friendly ice cream! It was my pup’s 8th birthday, and I couldn’t find a place that felt special enough until I heard about Wentworth’s. The team at the counter was amazing—so friendly, helpful, and genuinely excited when they heard it was her big day. My dog devoured her birthday treat (tail wags of approval!), and my mom and I were equally impressed. She had the chocolate chip raspberry and I had the peanut butter Oreo—both were absolutely delicious. The flavors were rich, creamy, and just hit the spot. We left with full hearts and full stomachs. The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavour, but what really made the experience even better was the amazing service from the lovely Shante. She was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made my first visit even more enjoyable.

“Eric was our server and honestly, I would come back just for him to be our server again. My wife and myself have a few allergies that are a bit rare and Eric made sure to accommodate EVERYTHING for us. He made sure that all the food was safe for us and double checked multiple times with the chefs. 11/10 would recommend coming to Haven, and definitely ask for Eric for your server!”

They don’t wanna have her give a time to the customer to choose what they are looking for, but apart from that the pizza are really very nice. Very tasty and I really and highly recommended this pizza shop for everybody, but I tell the owner to tell their employees to improve their communication skills so that they can talk nicely with the people so they can attract more customers and customer can keep come.”

“Here for Parents Weekend. 1st visit and won't be our last. Everything was delicious! From the apps to the entrees. We had the empanadas and get were the fan favorite... maybe tied with the massive pretzel. The service, starting with the hostess and then our server was enthusiastic and welcoming.”

“So far, I’ve only had the chicken and broccoli which is very good, but I have to say the real star out of the two items I ordered was the hot and sour soup! They’re hot and Sour soup is the best I’ve had in the area hands-down however it is very spicy so if you don’t want it spicy, ask them to alter it. Update I tried the curry shrimp and it was the best curry shrimp dish of any Chinese food establishment I’ve ever been to.”

“Thai Smile is amazing! My coworkers and I have sampled nearly every item on the menu and they are all delicious! The owners and staff are so friendly and welcoming. Our favorite dishes are the Massaman Curry, Tamarind Shrimp, and Spicy Bamboo, but every dish is so tasty and flavorful. Absolutely the best Thai food around!!”

“I recommend the Curry Bean Curd with Onions. It is a vegetarian dish that comes with white rice and it also has peppers, baby corn, and carrots. The taste was really outstanding and crispy. I'd like to try kung Pao tofu next time.”

Our event was buffet style and they made sure we never ran out of any options while keeping the food hot and delicious. There is Comedy Night on Thursdays and a DJ and Karaoke on Fridays. The entertainment is top notch in this safe venue where the mature can relax and enjoy themselves comfortably. “There's a good amount of parking in their lot that runs alongside the Farmington Trail. There's indoor and outdoor seating available. Inside is comfortable, with a diner atmosphere in a well maintained and clean restaurant. The food is very good with reasonable sized servings at good prices. Definitely will be back!”

Nice enclosed but out door area with seating. 8 large screen tvs and a projector used for many activities sports, presentations, DJs. Great for a nice cool out lounge. Even better for events as well. Food is delicious and freshly made. Without a doubt the worth the wait. Wait time for food is minimal not excessive. Wait times for seating depending on event. Great hospitality.”

“For the foot traffic here, I'm very impressed with the efforts of all of the personnel! It is not easy to keep this place clean. It is not easy to manage all of the traffic. Just in my two hours here. (Kids play area) I witnessed three families of 8 people each. Thats crazy. Anyway, my son had a good time at the play area.”

The end product as well as the prices, which are slightly high, but absolutely worth it considering the quality. In addition to great pizza the wings at Whitney are amazing. Huge, meaty, super flavorful, FRESH wings are very hard to avoid.
They are open super late (between 1-3am while school is in session at The Q. Primarily takeout & delivery (they have a couple of tables and a few barstools), however the place is very clean. Even the restroom is glistening.

If you are traveling on the Merritt or I-91 a pit stop at Whitney pizza is the pro move.”
