“The staff is so sweet, the atmosphere is sophisticated for an AYCE, and the food is simply divine! I really prefer the airy and light peaceful interior here compared to other dingy and dark AYCE places. There’s nothing better than peacefully sipping hot green tea during lunchtime. Something small would be replacing the black window blinds with some nice light curtains. But high quality fresh sushi and sashimi should be the main focus”

“This is a wonderful Black owned family restaurant and bar. The food, drinks and service are very good and the atmosphere has a warm and inviting vibe. There is Comedy Night on Thursdays and a DJ and Karaoke on Fridays. The entertainment is top notch in this safe venue where the mature can relax and enjoy themselves comfortably. I love going to this restaurant.”

“I go every day to get coffee from my faves, Shelia and Camille! The Chai is my go-to, but I sometimes get a Caramel Macchiato from them if I need some more caffeine. Only issue is they always run out of bagels and pastries by around 11am and I'm lucky if I can get anything like that later on. Probably the best dining hall station on campus, but go early if you wanna get something to eat. They need to get more food inventory.”

“The best Grilled Chicken “Panino” I have ever had!! Flavors were delicious. A light sandwich that didn’t make you feel like a load after you ate it. The bread was soft and fluffy. “Just grabbed a pizza and wings from Star Pizza, and I couldn't be happier. The pizza was exactly how I like it—crispy crust, just the right amount of toppings—and the wings were spot-on. What really stood out was the customer service. The young man at the front desk was super respectful and kind, and he went out of his way to make sure everything was just right. Definitely planning to come back soon!”

“Jeff the host/owner is fantastic and very friendly. I was sad when The Terrace has closed but he reopened as a "street style" Thai place. The food is fantastic and worth the wait. We came with a party of 5 people and each dish was wonderful.

“I would’ve thought that a video rental store wouldn’t last very long in the age of on demand streaming. But what if you want to watch an old silent film? Or An obscure foreign film? Or maybe you still have a VCR hanging around & you don’t know what to do with it. Well, BEST VIDEO & CULTURAL CENTER is the place for you. They have a mind shattering huge archive of movies. There is also a coffee bar that serves all types of coffee & tea as well as beer & wine. I do believe I have found a new happy place! The employees are very friendly & super knowledgable about films of all genres. I’d highly recommend that you stop by & check it out. After 1 visit you’ll probably become a happy regular customer.”

“There's a good amount of parking in their lot that runs alongside the Farmington Trail. There's indoor and outdoor seating available. Inside is comfortable, with a diner atmosphere in a well maintained and clean restaurant. The food is very good with reasonable sized servings at good prices. Definitely will be back!”

I had fried chicken, collard greens and potato salad. Closest meal I’ve ever had to my mother’s cooking. So well cooked. Thank you for a wonderful Sunday dinner. Hats off to the Chef! What a WOW! the tarts with custard were absolutely delicious and tasted super fresh.. special call out was the lemon tart with chocolate icing.. there are no words.. “I came here a few months ago. I was hungry and needed a quick bite before class. I ordered some buffalo wings and they weren’t bad at all for a convenience store. The chicken was cooked just right, it wasn’t too crunchy and it had a good amount of meat. But, the buffalo sauce had a weird aftertaste, I’m not sure how to describe it.

The store is very clean and there’s a large selection of snacks and drinks to choose from. The owner was pretty nice too. I would definitely come here again and order the other food on the menu.”

They tasted like they'd just come out the fryer after 30 sec in the microwave. For my entree I got the Chicken Burrito which was amazing. It had so much flavor and was huge. Half of it is plenty to fill even the biggest appetite. I will definitely order from here again!”

“I really like this place for amazing salads. All ingredients are fresh and there are many choices. The açaí bowls are hands down one of the best I’ve had. My reason for not giving 5 stars is because of service. I know the workers are busy preparing phone orders but when you have people in the shop, serve us! I feel like I spend a lot of time waiting to be helped. Last tip: get the Fig dressing , the dressing alone is a reason to get a salad!! You won’t be disappointed.”

“Use to order here a long time ago, and ordered recently not knowing it was under new management. Felt for a slice of pizza, but since they didn't have slices, I brought a small pizza. The second time I requested it a certain way and he delivered. I ate the entire box, you would think I was eating for 2, guest my appetite is back. The sauce did not burn my chest at all and I ate it late at night. I would recommend ordering from here.”
