“We had such a wonderful experience with Kochin Hut! We placed our order around 2:30 PM, thinking we could pick it up before they closed at 3 PM. When we reached the restaurant, I realized I had accidentally selected a 5:30 PM pickup time instead.
Even though it was close to their closing time and the mistake was completely on my end, the staff were incredibly kind and understanding. They graciously prepared and handed over our food without any hesitation. On top of that, they even gave us extra plates and utensils, which was such a thoughtful gesture.
The customer service truly stood out — friendly, accommodating, and genuinely caring. It’s rare to find such hospitality these days. Thank you for going above and beyond! Highly recommend supporting this amazing restaurant. 🙌“

“So delicious! We used to frequent Lazeez in New Haven but we’re loyal to Royal Spice now. Love their peppered goat, chicken curry, and chicken 65. Friendly staff and priced well. Would love if they joined Dash Pass so we could take out a little easier but that’s a minor thing“

“This place is amazing and its food is very delicious. I recommend this place that is right in the center of New Haven. I ordered a rice bowl with white rice and quinoa accompanied by chicken, chicken and meatballs, lamb meatballs, mango sauce, pickle, tomatoes, cabbage, potatoes and a delicious vegetable soup that is the perfect complement to accompany your dinner. I also tried vada pav which is like mini sliders with sauces so amazing and flavorful- little spicy little sweet. My wife also tried their vegan momos - crispy outside and generously filled soft inside. Lovely food! I will recommend others and will come back to try more.“

“Today's dinner was an outstanding experience. The menu features both chef’s specials and highly recommended chef’s specials—and they truly live up to the hype. The food was incredible and so flavorful that we all ended up eating more than planned. The naan was light and fluffy, and every dish was bursting with flavor. “I came here tonight with my friend, and the food was very delicious and authentic. We ordered samosa chaat, gol gappey, butter chicken, and chaa and it waa the best I've ever had after a long time. The restaurant is very clean and well decorated, and bhaaji was very attentive and friendly. Will be back very soon. Thank you!“
