“We had such a wonderful experience with Kochin Hut! We placed our order around 2:30 PM, thinking we could pick it up before they closed at 3 PM. When we reached the restaurant, I realized I had accidentally selected a 5:30 PM pickup time instead.

Even though it was close to their closing time and the mistake was completely on my end, the staff were incredibly kind and understanding. They graciously prepared and handed over our food without any hesitation. On top of that, they even gave us extra plates and utensils, which was such a thoughtful gesture.

“This place is amazing and its food is very delicious. I recommend this place that is right in the center of New Haven. I ordered a rice bowl with white rice and quinoa accompanied by chicken, chicken and meatballs, lamb meatballs, mango sauce, pickle, tomatoes, cabbage, potatoes and a delicious vegetable soup that is the perfect complement to accompany your dinner. I also tried vada pav which is like mini sliders with sauces so amazing and flavorful- little spicy little sweet. My wife also tried their vegan momos - crispy outside and generously filled soft inside. Lovely food! I will recommend others and will come back to try more.“

The Royal Charcoal Smokey Chicken Mandi was the highlight of the meal. The smoky flavor was outstanding, and the chicken was juicy, soft, and perfectly marinated. The charcoal aroma added a unique touch that made the dish even more special and mouth-watering.
What impressed me even more was the customer service. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was served fresh and on time. They genuinely cared about customer satisfaction and kept checking if we needed anything.
The portion sizes were generous, presentation was neat, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming.
