“The food here is really good, but unfortunately the service needs a lot of improvement. The wait times are extremely long, and by the time the food arrives, it’s often cold. Communication is also very poor. We’ve driven about 20 minutes to this place multiple times because it showed as open online, only to find it closed. No one answers the phone, and there’s never any update about their actual hours. Good food alone isn’t enough when the overall experience is this frustrating.“
