We found MiKro after dropping of our son at college. Was expecting a pub grub kind of place but the food so was so much better. Great beer selection and our server was knowledgeable and friendly. All in all a great experience. We'll be back next time through Hamden
This place has an incredible vibe with both inside and outside seating in an old train station along a bike trail. Food is great and thoughtfully created. Beer selection is excellent. Service is great.

One of our favorite go-to restaurants near home. Ordered the pork shank special which was delicious. My husband ordered the short ribs which he loved. And we shared the beer muscles. Could have used more bread to dunk into that juice from the muscles, but I guess that would have spoiled our meal. We are always pleased with our meal. Oh and the Belgium triple beer was good tasting too.
