The worst place you will ever go! This is an establishment of customer service, of which they have none. I will never ever step a foot in there again.
Literally worst Starbucks ever. It’s finals week and I understand it’s busy but the line waited 1 hour I was in line for a full hour and left without a drink. The workers totally neglected the waiting customers and no would would ring anyone up while they all stood there very upset and disappointed. I have a headache and feel sick from standing that long

Waited over 20 minutes for my drink when it wasn't that busy (which ended up not even being made right), just kept on watching as everyone that came in after me got theirs first. Getting the drinks out in order doesn't seem to matter, mobile orders take priority. I understand it can get very busy, but today was relatively calm so I'm not sure why it was like this. Not worth the cost
