I tell everyone I know this is "the most dysfunctional Starbucks". Only one cashier at all times, lines sometimes go far out the door, and having your order messed up is a common occurrence. Definitely use the university's mobile order app if you wanna get an order in a timely manner... or don't- sometimes they mark your order as done and then you have to sit there for 10 minutes after complaining your order isn't there. Black woman with blue/green dreads being rude to customers and making snotty comments when she had to remake my drink after not blending it properly. Very unsatisfied to say the least.
