never ever ever again!!! RUDE MANAGER!
Earlier today I spent $15 on a couple items and asked for a empty 5 cent cup for my small child to drink out of and was refused. She was rude to my face
..stating " I don't need your attitude it's policy". I asked for a mgr, stated she was. I then asked for a number to reach owner, was refused. I told her she lost a long time good customer over a 5 cent cup and her rudeness... she said "good that's fine!" and closed the window...read full review
Second week in a row my wife got my daughter a large hot chocolate and the promotion pull off on the side of the cup was already removed!!! Way to have employees steal from us...
Just waited 30 minutes in the drive through to get to the window with a nasty remark from the window person. As I am driving down the road I realize she failed to give me my receipt and failed to ask if I wanted it. I drive back and park next door, I am not waiting 30 more minutes for my receipt. I go in and ask for receipt, thankfully it wasn't in the trash yet.
