I went today for my first Mint Majesty Tea with 2 honey. They refused to write Charlie on my cup. First and last time in a Starbucks.
Not a single person can make a simple cup of coffee. The Starbucks inside a Barnes and Noble are ten times better than this one place. Why is it so consistently bad ?
I always stop here on the way to work. The morning staff is usually friendly and I always get my order fast and right. It's usually pretty busy at that time but the staff always does their best to keep the line moving.
