Bagels are delicious- hence the name. But the service and work flow is a disaster. I placed an order with a bagel I wanted (which they still had- plenty left) by the time it came to actually making my order I had to switch bagels because they ran out. It’s a pretty awful system, usually when you take someone’s order you immediately grab the bagels they ordered and put them to the side for the chef to make. Seeing the other reviews is sad...yes sometimes they have a long line but I have NEVER had an issue with any uncleanliness, mold, etc. Bagels are large and fluffy, love all the different flavors. French toast and everything are my favorites. Flavored cream cheese is delicious, and my mom and I just got BECs there the other day that were perfect. Great flavors! Good value when buying by the dozen.The bagles toast up amazingly after the initial fresh day. They also freeze well.Parking: They have a drive through and parking is never an issue.
