The service on this place had become terrible over time. They take forever to serve a simple order, bad attitude if you ask for something slightly out of ordinary, and at the end just mess the order anyways. Food is not as good as the original in Cheshire.

Great flavors! Good value when buying by the dozen.The bagles toast up amazingly after the initial fresh day. They also freeze well.Parking: They have a drive through and parking is never an issue.

If you have a lot of time to kill come order here. 1 person in front of me and waited 20 minutes for an egg and cheese on a bagel. When it finally comes, an older women walks up with her hand out and says “your welcome” with an attitude like I was done a favor. Not sure if they need to hatch each egg back there for anything to be made but their operation needs a lot of improvement.

I cannot get over how slow the service is at this place. You know when people tell you that a class is so easy you would have to try to fail it. Here, it seems that they actively try to provide the slowest service possible. All staff are incredibly rude and inefficient. It’s laughable how horrendous the service. Pack a lunch because you won’t get a bagel for an hour. Not worth it.

Bagels are delicious- hence the name. But the service and work flow is a disaster. I placed an order with a bagel I wanted (which they still had- plenty left) by the time it came to actually making my order I had to switch bagels because they ran out. It’s a pretty awful system, usually when you take someone’s order you immediately grab the bagels they ordered and put them to the side for the chef to make. If they did it this way, they’d have a lot more happy customers. Service is very very very slow, but there’s room for improvement. I hope they take this into consideration to maximize their efficiency

I ordered one bagel with cream cheese and waited 35 min. One person was ahead of me. No one else in the place. I’ve tried this place a few times because the shop in Cheshire is great. North Haven, Staff is so rude, unprofessional, and filthy. All miserable and lazy. My bagel had disgusting cream cheese on that tasted like bad sour cream along with chunks of something in it. I asked for plain cream cheese and did not get that. I took one bite and was sick all day. I will never go back.

The staff at this shop are a new level of tacky. I think their only joy in life is making other people feel unwanted and unwelcome, and they're bizarrely good at it, almost to the point that one suspects that they might not even be human at all but rather demons. You also get the feeling that they're messing with your food. If I could give one bit of advice to whoever owns this place, it's fire everyone who works for you and start all over again with new staff.
I wish I could leave an actual rating on the food, but I have tried to eat here 4-5 times yet every time i go they are “out of bagels”

After multiple chances I have to report: service is ludicrously slow with barely any customers. Staff is generally miserable and wants you to know it. Food is terrible. My toasted bagel with lox spread looks like someone held it close to the toaster before dropping it face down on a napkin that had lox spread on it and then packing it up. If you have ever had a good bagel before, you should avoid this place.
