Owner was amazingly kind. We had forgotten our wallets and she gave us our drinks for free (provided that we would come back and pay). Inside was cozy and warm feel, with comfy couches and chairs. The iced tea and lemonade we ordered were amazingly refreshing on a warm summer day.
I stopped in for a couple of coffees. There were two people in there on laptops, so it was very quiet, but it was also around 2 p.m. on a weekday.
The barista made my two iced lattes that were deeeelicious, we had a nice chit chat.
I'd totally come back here when I'm in the area.

Cantean is a sweet, funky spot for coffee and lots of other things. It has a true coffee house feel with chill vibes and a welcoming spirit. The drinks were spot on, and the barista made a perfect latte. The vibes inside are awesome, super cozy and cute. It is a cozy local spot with comfortable places to sit, comfy chairs, and a decent selection of board games. They offer great food and wonderful service, including the Rumor sandwich. Drinks like the mocha and London fog are available. The restaurant uses biodegradable cups and lids. Towards the end of the week, they stay open later and offer beer, wine, and often live music, including monthly open mics/shows. It is a great place to meet a friend for coffee, have a working lunch, relax, or play games.
