On a Positive Note: Hidi, the bartender, was pleasant. (I hope I spelled your name correctly.
I arrived here at approximately 5:27 p.m. The door was locked. Hidi noticed me banging on the door. She informed me that they don’t open until 6:00 p.m. Nonetheless, she let me in. An unidentified male seated at a table gave me his reason/excuse for not opening at 4:00 p.m. (I informed him, the hours of operation reflected on-line start at 4:00 p.m.)

Charlie & James Place offers bomb food that can heal a broken heart, with great service and a chill atmosphere. The bartender is really nice, and the soul food is a must-try. Visitors enjoy the experience and look forward to returning. The enticing smell of the food lingers even after the kitchen closes, making it a promising spot for a future visit. The bar staff were very nice and made some good drinks. Music was lit. It's a Great little spot to go for a cocktail or two.
