The food here is pretty good Italian cuisine. That said, the customer service is deplorable (which anyone who’s been there knows). As soon as you walk in you know who the owner is; her demeanor is visibly unwelcoming & off-putting.
Forget about having anything delivered, even if you live in the same town. They refuse to deliver outside of five miles, my house was six. You’d think they’d be more willing to make an exception when you’re spending $60+ on food.

My friend and I ordered pizza today. Pizza came out burned. After I asked for another pizza. We were verbally abused by the owner. She was condescending, rude and shouted at us from the front of the restaurant. We were in the back part. She came over with the pizza, stood there until I looked it and took a bite.
